Never left a google review before. But very irritated that I was charged for a cancellation when the shop is obviously at fault. Arrived for my scheduled 10am appointment 10 minutes early; door locked, closed sign, saw nobody walking around in the shop. Checked google to verify their hours, it said they open at 11 am, so I left wasn't going to sit outside in the cold and hope the hours posted on google were incorrect. Received an email that I was charged for missing my appointment. Called the shop when they apparently opened at 11, explained the situation, still charged for missing my appointment. Really a shame - I've been getting my haircut there for the past year and haven't had any complaints, but I will be taking my business elsewhere.Service: Haircut

I’ve used this place for about a year and loved it. Jonathon is the man. Unfortunately he had to reschedule and I had called to reschedule but the lady who answered didn’t seem too capable. I called twice after that the same day to confirm my rescheduled appt and was told it was set. Unfortunately when I showed up it was not. I asked to please speak to manager and was told she wouldn’t give me their personal number. Obviously, makes sense. I asked the employee to please call the manager and was told no. I asked how we can resolve the situation and was told I need to speak to the manager. I asked how I should do that and I was asked to please leave. Lol I asked her for her name and was ignored. She obviously doesn’t realize her pic is on their website lol her name is Caroline. Anyway, not pleased with that service at all. I do not recommend a place that is that incompetent and useless. I’ll be filing a claim with Better Business Bureau and then maybe I can speak to manager. After this experience, if I could give less than 1 star, I would. Edit: I filed a formal complaint with the BBB.

I have been getting my hair cut by Vita for 10+ years. She has to be the best in Colorado. I consistently received terrific comments. She listens, takes pride in her work, makes great recommendations, and is very professional. Bottom line, she gives AWESOME haircuts and is an AWESOME person who is fun to talk to. Lastly I appreciate the fact that she dresses very creatively. Last thing I want is to get a haircut from someone who looks like they work in my bank. Whoever hires for Barber X made a great decision to bring her over. USE HER- YOU WILL SEE.Service: Haircut

I moved to Denver about 6 months ago and I've been getting my hair cut by Rob ever since. He's great. Very personable and gives great advice on what will work best for your particular hair type and how to style. Would highly recommend.

Worst haircut I have ever had. I showed the lady a photo and specifically asked if she could match it. When lining me up with a straight razor you are supposed to follow / shape the line of your hair. She completely avoided the line and in total took about 30 seconds to complete. The “fade” she gave me was worse then when I got there. I spent 45$ on it and had to leave to get ANOTHER cut and the other barber was in shock. Im a nice guy so I didnt say anything but after realizing how bad of a job she did I had to. Dont offer services you obviously cant do. She didnt even know it was a normal thing to put alcohol on after a cut.Services: Straight razor shave

Awesome Barber Shop. Andrew always has my beard looking clean. A self-proclaimed OCD with perfection means I'm never disappointed with his attention to detail. Near a few places for food or drink, complimentary drink usually has beer. almost always has a couple Non-alcoholic options too while you wait if you're a little early. Addon services available. I personally come for nose waxing every other beard-cut to keep it tidy. Pleasant staff, cool spot, nice vibe and good music.

Solid Barber shop for getting a hair cut. Caroline is awesome!! However, when you book online you can’t change or cancel an appointment online and they will still charge you the full price of the haircut!!!
