Barclays Center Florist & Gift Baskets

Customer service is terrible. Took 3 phone calls to get through and when I finally did the man on the phone was not forthcoming with information. He said they only did delivery, no in store pickup and I got the sense that I could not come into the store. When I asked if he could take a picture of the flowers so I could get a visual and was told that "they were a florist not a photographer" and that I should find someone else to do business with "that could better meet my needs." Trust me, I will. Would not recommend this business at all.

I ordered a bouquet from here for my friend's birthday and was very pleased that they were able to deliver the next day. When I called, a man who answered the phone quoted me at $70 with delivery for a simple bouquet. They never gave me a receipt, and then proceeded to charge me $80 instead. When I called back to inquire why, the same man told me, "I thought you told me to add something to your order" but couldn't remember what I'd "asked" him to include. He did not offer to refund me the difference and told me that if I liked the flowers it was fine. I was a little upset that this is how they do business but am glad my friend got her flowers on time.

Besides the flowers being ugly, the customer service was horrendous and rude. Hung up when I asked for a receipt and still have yet to receive it.

I like this flower shop. I buy flowers for a special friend or occasion. Everyone that received flowers was very pleased. Very friendly service as well, and a great choice for a local flower shop.

I ordered flowers from Barclay Center Fruit Basket. The bouquet was BEAUTIFUL. I also asked for one red rose separately for my wife. She said she didn't have any and didn't know if she could find one but she would try. She did it! I ordered at around 11 asking for the delivery before 2:30 and they were delivered around 1. Outstanding! There is a $10 delivery charge but you get what you pay for. The arrangement was more than adequate for the price requested. Absolutely no complaints.

Splendid! The fruit basket was more than adequate for the price requested. I've never met a company so personal, willing to help, and so accommodating! I was so paranoid that it wouldn't get there but it went off without a hitch. They truly took ownership of our needs and the gift... and I called about 6 times no joke to ask questions, amend the personal message, etc. and was not shamed or met with annoyance whatsoever. She actually emailed me personally several times, too, to assure me all was well. Anyway, they R Great! and made our colleague feel as special as she is.

Thanks for gorgeous, and amazing bouquet and same day delivery. She said they were the nicest classiest most beautiful roses she had ever seen and all the girls in her office were freaking out when they arrived. Thank you for making this experience such a memorable one! Tada!

This is my 3rd time to utilize your services and once again I am super impressed. The mother in law's basket was delivered yesterday, and she informs me it was too nice to unwrap and eat. She loved the fresh fruits. Thank you, Vivie Stewart of Barclay Flowers and Fruit Baskets.

I called and the man who answered was very rude and not helpful and hung up on me before I was finished speaking. Will not be ordering flowers from them.
