I've been going here for many years, Pam and Susan feel like family. They genuinely care about their customers and it shows! Their expertise is second to none. I live in the Tech Center and have tried med spas near me only to be disappointed. It is worth the drive to Wheat Ridge to go to BARELaser.

Do you want compassion and professionalism with your laser? One word: Pam. Pam is very nice, very knowledgeable and she is honest about what to expect from treatments. She told me fractional CO2 would probably not be enough to remove my facial scarring but that she could do it if I wanted. We did the procedure since it was so affordable and it helped but I did truly need an ablative CO2. I have since had the procedure done at a clinic with an ablative laser but I applaud Pam for being up front with me about my expectations. She was nothing but kind and attentive not only during, but after the procedure as well. The laser work was top notch for fractional, I had spot treatments but had absolutely zero lines of demarcation or discoloration... it was performed flawlessly. Pam was an integral part of my scar revision journey and I will be forever grateful for the role she played!

Pam exceeded my expectations when I came in with a Groupon. I only had 1 toenail that needed treatment and I expected to come in only once but she gave me the opportunity to come in 5 times for one toenail. The Groupon was for 5 toenails. I had a great results and recommend her services highly. The office is clean and well organized.

I contacted BareLazer for treatment of toe nail fungus. I've had this problem for a decade. It did not respond to various rx treatments which included three regiments of Lamisil. I signed up for four laser sessions and the results have been very promising. All of the nails had been infected and all but the big toes are clear. The nails on the big toes seem fine but because the nails grow so slowly it is too early to tell if the fungus is completely gone. I also had the co2 fractional laser treatment on my face. The procedure, including the numbing process, took about an hour. The actual laser part of the procedure required 30 minutes. It was relatively pain free because they pump cold air on your face which mostly eliminates the discomfort from the heat of the laser. The co2 process is fairly aggressive and causes some micro bleeding and swelling. However, you are provided with an after care package of lotions, which reduce the swelling and aid the healing process. For the first four days, following the co2, Pam checked on my progress each morning. I had no post procedure problems and am very pleased with the results. Pam is first and foremost a competent professional but she is also a kind and warm care provider. Pam is wonderful and the laser treatments really work! Don't expect instant results, follow the treatment plan and do more than one treatment and you will see results. It takes a year to grow out a big toe nail so be patient and follow the recommendations. Worth the money if you listen to what they tell you to do.

Pam has been very informative and professional. I am impressed by how she runs her business. I have only had two toenail treatments so far, but I like how she discusses realistic expectations and what she does herself.

After a very long year of financial hardship and putting myself last, I finally decided to do something for myself, and bought a groupon to BARElaser. Ive had Botox numerous times elsewhere, and only ever had 30 units. After my consultation we decided we would do 40 units this time. Knowing that it takes about 2 weeks for it to fully set in, I waited and trusted the process. After 3 weeks my forehead was "frozen" in some areas, but had weird movement in others. More movement than I've had in the past, with more units . I called in, and they told me to come by so they could look. When I met with her, she said she would put 10 more units in, no big deal. Then as I was checking out, she said "that's $110." I paid, not wanting to seem cheap or make a scene in front of other patients. I felt sick to my stomach as I left, because I wasn't anticipating that money being used for that. Had I known, or been told in a consultation, I wouldn't have been able to do the additional injections. I called Pam office manager and explained the situation, but also said I understood she had used product and performed a service, so I absolutely wasn't expecting it for free. Asked her if she could understand and maybe refund half? She rudely told me to come by and she would give me cash. When I walked in, we greeted each other. She gave me $50 cash and I said "I really appreciate you working with me and understanding..." she then cut me off and said " Yeah Kayla, were not in the business of free Botox. We don't do that here. So for future services you're going to need to go elsewhere." I then said "I've paid you $350 and wasn't looking for anything free. That's why I didn't ask for a full refund for the second visit. I just wish this could've been discussed better in a consultation." She Then said " yeah, were good... Bye Kayla". In the most condescending voice I've ever heard. Not only did I not get my desired results, but Pam insulted and embarrassed me in front of other patients. I'm a loyal customer to anyone in the service industry, especially since I work in the same industry and am big on referrals! I will definitely be sharing my experience and steering people away from here!

Pam is fantastic! She is very detailed, customer service oriented, pleasant and her place is extremely clean. I got fantastic results. I highly recommend her!
