If your looking for fast, friendly, affordable service, this is NOT the place to go. They not only had my lawn mower for 17 days to do a "spring special" and change the front 2 tires, but my spring special price of 149.99 ended up being $467+!!! Because it takes time to do things, at $35/hr.... so your telling me your men worked on my mower for almost 10 hours? 270 in labor charges, alone! And then, they threw away my blades, charging me $25/ea for new AND then to put them on, BUT my previous blades were only 10 months old, not even used a whole season. Couldn't show me my "junk" blades though when asked🤔. No. No. No. This place is by far the biggest rip off I've ever had to deal with!!!

I called for parts. 10am and recieved a message saying they were on the phone with a customer and would call back. 2 days later, still no call. There are other companies that want my business

My experience dates back a couple of years ago. I have a New Holland 92' L785 skid steer that developed a couple of very annoying and perhaps dangerous quirks The machine would run fine then all of a sudden everything would stop working. If the bucket was up it stayed up no matter what I would do and the machine would not move forward or backward. Yes, the float position didn't work and the suction screen is clean. The only way I can resume operation is to shut off the engine and restart it. Then every thing works for a while until the next episode. I had it trucked to Baribeau and they "fixed" it for thousands of dollars. Got it back and after a bit of running it did the same exact thing only this time another problem cropped up in addition to the previous one. It blew a hydraulic filter and I lost most of the fluid. I had to use a very large pipe wrench to remove the filter it was on so tight. Examining the filter before I removed it showed deep marks in it indicating it had been previously tightened severely. It also had been badly deformed internally by hydraulic pressure which destroyed the seal. This area of the hydra system is only supposed to have 110 psi because it is a reservoir and pump supply. At high RPMs the filter must be wrongly subjected to full pressure, around 2000psi, because the 110psi check valve has failed. The people who worked on the unit had to know about the filter problem because of the deep marks in the filter made by very aggressive tightening. As long as I don't go too far above idle RPM it does not blow the filter which is a good indication of a check valve that is stuck shut. I initially emailed Baribeau back then but got no response. It's too late for any warranty to be acted upon I realize and it's my fault for not pressing harder for a resolution. I just think people should be aware of potential problems with this company.
