BarkZone- Lake Oswego

This was my first opportunity to have Harry taken care of in Lake Oswego where I live. Going to NE Portland was hard for him and for me. The haircut and bath was fine, though I will plan to have him bathed and wait a few weeks for a haircut. I have no complaints though I will expect he stand a little further away from the scissors next time. The groomer did a great job on her first try, as he is a very hairy and knotted up customer. She was very nice and Harry enjoyed his experience.

I’ve been looking for a groomer for my golden retriever who meets my incredibly high standards, and I found it at bark zone. Molly came to bark zone never have been groomed before, and because of bark zone, she had an amazing first experience and so did I! They did a full groom on Molly in under and hour, and it exceeded my expectations. Mind you, they were high because this was right before her role as dog of honor in our wedding! They do crate the dogs when they aren’t working on them which is great for safety reasons. They called me right when they were done and communicated with me very clearly and concisely. I had a great experience and would certainly recommend their services to anyone.

I have zero complaints about the grooming, they do a great job for a reasonable price. My only issue is communication. I have never had anyone answer the phone when I call and end up playing a lot of phone tag. I have also never gotten any appointment confirmations. I don’t think they have anyone managing the desk or appointments, which is fine, but it would be nice to have alternative ways to communicate such as text or email as well as a way to book online. Nevertheless, this isn’t a deal breaker, I’ll continue to take my pup here.

We are fairly new to the area and needed a groomer for our dog. Luckily I saw some great reviews at BarkZone. Our dog was very comfortable in the environment and she looks great! So excited that this location is not only close to us but also offers great service!

This was the first time we had ever had our king Charles spaniel trimmed. She came out looking absolutely beautiful. We are going to trim her about every two months now.

Very good groomers and reasonable rates compared to other nearby groomers. Our golden doodle loves going to get his bath and grooming at BarkZone! They do a great job and give lots of love to our boy.

Great grooming experience for my labradoodle. Caring and gentle groomer who listened to my dogs particular needs and quirks. They were quick and did a great job.

I’ve been here a couple times for a quick nail grinding for my dog. They are quick, the price is very good, and they do a fantastic thorough job. My dog is happy after and that is important.
