Barnes & Noble at Georgia College

Usually have a good experience. Called and the person who answered was happy, when I was transferred however they sounded like they did not want to help me. They even started to say "Have you tried pricing online?" Maybe I have and wanted to make sure the price was correct, maybe I haven't, maybe I didn't have access. I took this as extremely rude because she already sounded annoyed that I was asking her anything. I will not be coming here again if I can help it even if they magically have the lowest price.

When you go into a store, and the cashier recommends you go elsewhere to get things, that's not a good experience. Like come on guys, go hit Amazon for textbooks. Update: they lost my things. I ordered books because they were cheaper there than Amazon for once (not a typical thing). They promptly lost my stuff, charged me for it anyway, and then emailed me several times. It was the worst user experience I've ever had.

I purchased books under their buy 2 get 1 free deal and got charged for all 3. Then they refused to refund me. This is why they have lost to Amazon.

Easy to locate. Parking is an issue, but overall friendly staff
