As one of the last brick and mortar stores, this Barnes & Noble does thrive with customers and a coffee shop in the center of the store. Hopefully I hope it remains a place where you can physically browse books and purchase them. They also have a variety of items for gifts throughout the year.
Barnes & Noble has always been one of my favorite places. I love books and the new book smell is always exciting! The atmosphere is also great, you can sit down and have a coffee and read a magazine or a book and it's always such a welcoming place.
friendly associates, clean, excellent selection. one could get lost in the stacks, exploring the variety.
Had exactly what we were looking for, and that was a specific Lego set! Lots of board games too. Nice to see. Grabbed a coffee on the way out!
The guy Rodge at the Cafe is very rude. Ignored a paying customer, as a I stood waiting to purchasean item. I guess task is more important than customer service. You approach a customer for assistance not yell across "What do you need?" Wow!
My husband and I love to read. We go there almost Every Sunday to get a refreshing drink with Raj, who Always lifts our spirits, peruse the books and get something Good to Read.
Friendly associates. The associate in the cafe was extremely kind and made my day. Any bookstore is my go to place, but this Barnes and Noble has always been a favorite.
Staff was extremely helpful and a joy to chat with.
