Great store, nice atmosphere. Some things are a little pricey but overall never had any issues. The staff is always very friendly. The only issue is the only bathroom is on the second floor behind the kids section, very out of the way, especially if you're working at the Starbucks cafe downstairs.
I like the Exton store. Nice size. I usually order nook books so don't go in often. Usually can get good prices on nook books
I love the place. The books are wonderful and the staff is very helpful. Everything is organized so well and I wish I could come here every day.
I love this store! I recently went here looking for journals. One of the sales associates guided me right to where I was looking for and did so with a smile. Thank you! Look forward to returning soon. Great staff.
There was a separation of each section , but nothing alphabetized according to author or title. I felt like a book yard sale everything was laid out all over the place.
Excellent service. They helped me find exactly what I wanted and I was checked out in less than 15 min.
Not too crowded. There was no line. I felt safe.
