Barnes & Noble

Very few bookstores left in this digital world. When I walked in a big smile came across my face! I was happy to see that this place was packed with so many people of all ages that enjoyed holding a book, or magazine in their hands, turning pages, and getting lost in reading. It has a Starbucks in case you need a snack and need a break from reading that enthralling book or just meeting up with a friend. Great experience!!

My brother and I come here almost every day. We had a bad experience at Barnes and Noble in Hackensack Riverside Mall. Even though, it is an extra drive, I feel comfortable bringing my brother here. My staffs are very friendly and attentive. They are very understandable with people with special needs/ disabilities. Their cafe has various choices of sandwiches and drinks. The place itself is always organized and neat. I can bring my younger brother here without having to worry about rude staffs or bad customer services.

Today I went to B&N to buy books for my daughter's school, and I felt that I needed to drink some coffee. At the Starbucks inside, I bought a medium cappuccino and after I got it, I went to add sugar but the cup was only half full. I went to the cashier and I showed her the cup and all they did was add hot milk. The drink was basically just hot milk. I went back up and I told the lady that I couldn't drink it because it was only milk. They took it and that was it, they never offered me another drink. This is the last time that I will buy coffee from this Starbucks.

Great place , neat and organized and employees there are super helpful. I love how they have a kids club and story time for the children every Wednesday and my kids love it.

Great store! I love the used book section in the back I've found some great books there.
