A nice, convenient place to stay for me while visiting the North Unit of Theodore Roosevelt National Park. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There’s lots of parking outside. Wi-Fi is free and available and downloads it quite a fast speed. Kind of a blend of a cold and hot continental breakfast, but they did have a scrambled egg and ham and cheese with tortillas so one could make a breakfast taco :-) Microwave and coffee maker are in the rooms, but there is coffee out front as part of breakfast too.

Ever since Barons Lodge has reopened and has gotten new staff everything has been more professional, organized, and tidy. They definitely saved that place!

DO NOT STAY HERE!! Despite what the reviews said my husband and I decided to give it a chance anyway. When I arrived the desk worker was sitting in a vehicle with another worker and walked in smelling of marijuana. When I tried to check in she had to look at her phone to get my card information because she forgot we were coming. The pet accomadating rooms that we were supposed to be in were not clean because they did not prepare for us, so we were placed in am incredibly small room upstairs that had stains on the pillows and sheets. The following morning we arrived to check out and for breakfast at 7:15 and there was absolutely nothing left. We decided to go elsewhere to eat, even though I chose Barrons Lodge because it included breakfast. I tried to grab a coffee on the way out and there was only hot water left. I then had to yell "hello" three times before a girl walked out of a room looking like she just rolled out of bed. Needless to say we will never be back and I will ALWAYS recommend someone to stay elsewhere. Worst customer service I have ever encountered.

This was the worst hotel my family and I have ever stayed at. The worst service and the dirtiest unstocked rooms. My cousin had blood on her sheets to top it off. Calling down to the front desk no one ever answered. Breakfast was disgusting the first morning and nothing was served the second morning. Also got lock out of one of our rooms and wasn't able to find or get help, we waited over an hour . The last complaint I have is the extremely drunk people passed out in the halls and on the lobby couch. Worst place to stay ever. Should of never been charged. We rented over 6 rooms everyone them was dirty.
