Waited for over an hour and a half for our newborn to be seen. Not like we had an appointment we did, not like baby needs fed on a regular basis she does, not like we just got out of the hospital with zero sleep. Not like my wife enjoys sitting in the most uncomfortable chairs after just delivering a baby...
Not worth any start, trying to make appointment for follow up check due recent car accident, have to wait for so long for the nurse to call back, and never got any call back from them I have to call them back to ask about the appointment. Even than, the stuff were very rude blaming on me for not calling in the morning while I call them the day before. This happens to so many time not only this incident. My whole family will be looking for another clinic.
I really like to Doctors that I've seen there, but it is so hard to get to speak to someone when you call. They always say someone has to call you back but then you never get a call back! I mean how hard is it to make a phone call?
Have an appointment hope your not in a hurry they don’t say anything you deal with people downstairs to check on with then you sit forever upstairs while the staff are making phone calls to family shopping eating walking around looking clueless it’s really annoying that there is this many people and yet they do nothing and if I have to wear this mask the girl at the front should as well she is always on her phone I can’t believe these people get paid to do not a thing
Its a low income health center so for the most part we should know what to expect. I wanna mention the staff. All the emoyees in the lobby are always friendly and very helpful. The doctors have always been sweet and caring. Its the d*mn nurses on the phone that ruin this place. They are some of the rudest people ive ever spoke with, and they are supposed to be nurses....and even if they werent rude, they cant figure out how to make outgoing calls. Now that covid is around, i don't even call the doctor, I just go straight to the hospotal. Its the only way to het help these days. And luckily, the ones ive visited arent over capacity with covid patients..
I first started seeing Rachel Holiday 3 years ago, i had just lost my husband very traumatically and had no idea what was happening to me. I was an absolute mess.. My anxiety was so bad I cried through most of my first appointment, she came in and held my hand and talked me through what I now know as PTSD. She’s very thorough with exams and always answers my questions and concerns. I trust her with my care.. so much so, that I also made her my daughter’s primary care physician. My sister was so impressed with her accuracy in caring for me that she and my brother in law switched to Dr. Holiday as well. Our family is so grateful to have her, she is a great asset to Barrington Health.
The dental and OB office are amazing!! The receptionist except for 1 are defitnetly NOT the best and can be a bit rude. The healthcare providers need to get it together. When a patient has a 9:45 appointment, arrives at 9:35, and it's now 10:30 and the patient still hasn't been seen.. THAT'S A PROBLEM!!! The 15 min. rule need to apply to EVERYONE.. If patients can't be no more than 15 minutes late, providers shouldn't be able to have them waiting no more than 15 minutes..
Very bad experience not as it used to be . Doctor rushed over things and sent me home even though I had pain and discomfort it’s seemed like she didn’t care. Never going back to barrington. I went to eskenazi and wow what a difference they are very efficient and listen to their patients concerns.
If I could give it 0/5 stars I would, this dental center takes forever. My fathers appointment was at 9:45am & mines at 10:15am, it was 10:45am - an hour since my fathers appointment and nothing, they took other patients that came in after us before us. Never coming back here again!! Save your time & money and go somewhere else.
They are rude when you answer the phone and just hang up afterwards. Don't go here the staff is rude too. Very unprofessional.
