Jeff and Nate Barsky are top notch. I brought my now fiancé in to look at cuts and get her sizing, then worked with Jeff and Nate on the ring. She is floored by the ring and I thoroughly enjoyed working with Jeff, Nate, and the entire team at Barsky.

Love my experience here. Our family has been coming here for many generations. Didn't realize till recently that we have all come to the same place. My mother-in-law received her diamond from this store and realize that all three of her sons purchase their diamonds for their wives at the same store. I proudly wear my beautiful diamond ring everyday. And go back now and then to make sure everything is still fitted properly and have a good cleaning. I would recommend barsky diamonds to my own children or anyone that asks. Definitely the place to go for a good diamond at a fair price. Very trustworthy.

Great customer service and great result! The jewelers worked with me every step of the way, bringing lots of different options in, being flexible with appointments and were willing to do work such as alterations without adding any extra fees. They seemed to genuinely care about us getting what we wanted. The engagement ring is BEAUTIFUL, and its wearer agrees.

They are and have been my family go to. They are HONEST, friendly and have unbeatable QUALITY food for the BEST prices. There is no where else to go to feel like you're getting that family service. More people should know the great experiences I've had with them. They will NEVER let you be unhappy with any purchase. Also, if you can dream it they can make it. I've been a customer of Barsky's for years now as has my family. They have all of the selection that you can imagine along with very knowledgeable staff, in fact its nearly all the same faces from 13-14 years ago when I first became a customer. I can trust that I am getting a very fair price, everything is top quality and I've never felt intimidated, overwhelmed, or pressured into buying anything. My fiancé purchased my engagement ring at Barsky in September 2020. We both could not be happier with the ring! It is the most beautiful ring I have ever seen and I have received so many compliments on how sparkly it is. My fiancé said he had an excellent experience shopping with Nate. He was knowledgeable and patient, showing my fiancé a ton of options and explaining the differences. We BOTH stare at the ring every day. Fantastic customer service. My Boyfriend and I went to Jeweler Row to brows engagement rings to see what looked good on my finger. Our experience at Barsky was like an experience out of a dream. Our salesperson got to know us and engaged both me and my boyfriend in the experience. It was truly a great experience- when we saw a few diamonds and after getting to know us as a couple our salesperson showed us the perfect diamond we didn't even know we were looking for- and the price was too good to pass up. So our window shopping day turned into a purchase! Honestly one of the best customer services experiences I've ever had- truly made me and my Boyfriend feel special.

I am pleased to give 5 stars to the Barsky family, staff, and Colin Kay for their exceptional service. It was 30 years ago that Harold and Anita warmly welcomed my husband and I into their store to purchase my engagement ring; finally, after many years, we returned to have a custom insert for the diamond. The complete set is stunning and brilliant. Colin is a fantastic artist and customized the double insert; the staff is very kind and will go the extra mile to satisfy the customer.
