This has to be the most unorganized firm I could have ever experienced. Don’t expect to get returned phone calls and/or emails for months (6 months). They have lost all progress notes that were accumulated over the past 2 years.  You will get a very minimal amount of information from them throughout the whole process and will be left in the unknown of what is happening with your case.

I was injured in an accident in 2013 and Bart was confident that he could get me a fair settlement even though I had an unusual case. I for medical and religious reasons do not take medications, especially narcotics and prefer to go with more natural treatments. I was concerned about being able to get a fair settlement based on my beliefs but Bart and his associates reassured me that he could. When the Mri's, X-rays, chiropractor, physical therapy, and surgeon visits kept adding up I would get nervous but he and his staff kept me encouraged that it would be ok. It took 3 years to settle my case but the outcome was well worth it.

When Mr. Bernard took over our case, we had an immediate sense of relief. His warmth and confidence made us feel like a huge weight had been lifted and we could trust him to guide us through an overwhelming lawsuit and get us the best result possible. He did not disappoint. Whenever I hear that someone needs a good personal injury lawyer, I tell  them to call Bart Bernard.
