Address for office is not correct and no one will ever answer the phone to get correct address. Don't take the time to drive down there you will be disappointed they are not at the address given, a different company is. You would think they would update the info online for the customers....a little shady maybe!

Bartlett Garage Doors of Memphis TN, Team was really helpful and extremely quick with the installation.   They made it super easy to choose a door to meet my needs. They have a large selection of doors and designs to choose from to meet anyone’s needs.  Great company with great products.

I was able to make a same-day appointment. They called when they were on their way and were able to fix our door within 30 minutes. I absolutely recommend them!

Bartlett Garage should consider improving their customer service. I had to pursue avenues to get a refund after the company didn’t return to complete promised work on my garage, and refused to return calls.

Great work from this company! Called them over the phone and described what I wanted and they over exceeded. Amazing work and even referred my neighbor to use them and they were out the next day to help them!

Great experience! Called on a Thursday, scheduled for Friday. They had to reschedule and communicated that with me quickly. Tech arrived early Monday and installed new motor, sensors, remotes in a couple hours. Price was much less than I expected.
