As a senior civil engineer working with dozens of contractors and professionals over 25 years, I believe that I can distinguish between fair, honest & professional ones and 'the other types'. During my first meeting with Bill Roberts of Baseline Termite, I recognized his wide knowledge, extensive experience, honesty and fairness. Based upon these appreciated values and qualities, I selected him and his team, over other contractors, for the repair and preventive work Termite Section 1&2 repairs needed in our house in Upland, CA. As observed, Bill's crew Chris and the two Mike's were very professional reflecting strong work ethics and high attention to details. The work schedule, meetings and document preparation were kindly facilitated and efficiently coordinated by the Office Manager, Mrs. Patricia. Unexpected issues during the works were efficiently addressed by the team to my satisfaction. With the extremely tight schedule, the work was performed professionally, in high quality and on time. I am very satisfied with the final product, and strongly believe that I made the right choice in selecting Baseline Termite for the work. Based on this positive experience, I highly recommend Bill and Baseline Termite.

I wish I could give 10 stars. After one company came out and went straight to tenting, I had Baseline come out. Chris was outstanding. He conducted a thorough inspection unlike other company, explained everything and concluded localized treatment was all that was needed. Did the treatment this week and all as promised! Don't try anyone else. Thanks Baseline
