Basements and Backyards

I owned a Leisure Bay Spa that lasted for 17 years died on me last year. The pipes finally dry rotted sprung leaks everywhere. I looked at a lot of different hot tubs the one I really liked was $15,000 but it was well built one awesome hot tub. I walked in the basement and backyards with the wife and ended up getting a floor model that was a Sundance holiday Deluxe really nice hot tub for a really great price. I would definitely recommend anybody to get their hot tub from basement and backyards really great people

I went by to pick up some filters and things I thought I needed and, after discussing it with them, they told me that I didn’t need them. They also told me how to address my situation and explained that I would be throwing good money away by buying filters earlier than needed. They are very honest and genuinely have their customer’s best interest in mind.

Basement and backyard have gone above and beyond on helping me with my purchase of hot tub and pool. I had purchased both only to lose the pool to a fire 2 months after purchase- 1 week after install. When i was ready to replace the pool and hot tub- they worked with me on the new purchases. Highly recommend basement and backyard.

The staff are very helpful. The spa is beautiful and works well!! The delivery team is very efficient!!! Unfortunately their electician was not able to come up to Ellijay, so we had to find our own electrician which made things more complicated. Would definately consider them for local installs

These guys are great! We bought both a hot tub and pool table and I waited 6 months to review to insure my review was solid given some time. They continue to provide support and advice on the water treatment on the tub, which is easy. I haven’t owned a hot tub before but have really enjoyed it. If you’re in the market I would highly recommend them!

We had been looking for a hot tub for months, from Woodstock to Blue Ridge and a coworker told me to go see Adam at the Woodstock location. Adam was so helpful and patient with us, while trying to choose a perfect hot tub, for our short term rental. We were so happy that we chose to buy a hot tub from Adam and would not go anywhere else!

The gentleman that was working the day I visited this store was very helpful and could’ve sold us something but didn’t bc he said that it probably would not fit our particular pool pump. The store is nicely laid out and they have a large selection of spare parts for above ground pools. The other pool supply place down the street didn’t sale parts for above ground pools, which I thought was odd. So I’m thankful to have found this store and I will return in the future

I just love going here for my hot tub needs! These guys are great! I receive excellent service every time I go here! I just wish more businesses were like these guys!
