Basha Diagnostics

I am from Windsor and instead of a 3 month wait to get an MRI here, I decided to call Basha. I called at 10 am and got in that day at 3! It was easy to find and free parking right near the entrance. The whole experience was pleasant and hassle free. The front desk ladies were great, efficient and helpful. I did not wait long once there and was in the machine by 3:05pm. The operator told me I would be about 26 minutes in the MRI machine and while in the machine, she kindly let me know, through the headphones I had on, every time a sequence was going to happen and how long it would be. This greatly decreased the anxiety of thinking "how much longer??!" I received the report 2 days later by email as well it was faxed to my doctor. It cost $350 and was well worth it. Thanks Basha staff!

The front desk staff were friendly. The MRI tech was nice but did rush me thru the procedure and didn't explain things enough. The MRI procedure itself was awful experience. Was having me hold my breath for too long and to close together. Wasn't letting me know how long I had in the machine. At one point Wasn't even answering me when asking how much longer. If she had been talking me thru the procedure I wouldn't have had the need to ask!! And the procedure was heating up on my back afew times too. Didn't let me kno what was happening.. IF YOUR HAVING SOMEONE LAY IN A MACHINE FOR 25 MINS. PLEASE TALK THEM THRU IT.

They do not seem to have any doctors on staff here, only technicians. Usually at a private MRI clinic you can just go and get them to scan you and have their doctor review the scans. Here they require a prescription from another doctor. It's not a very good deal if I have to go through specialists to get a prescription for each organ that might be causing my problem before I can get a simple diagnostic image done that would tell me the answer right away.

You're not my alcoholic father that I got to try to impress, don't scold me like some child when you're the tech and show up an hour thirty late. My breathing is weird and you can't get a clear picture oh geez that might be why I came in to get these test done. Navy medicine is better than this and that's saying something. Completely unprofessional besides the front desk and x-ray tech who were wonderful.

Went in with my husband late one night and the girl at the front desk was so sweet. I don't remember her name, but she had on a hijab and was so pleasant and polite! I didn't want to drive all the way out to Dearborn for this appointment, but at least when we got there the staff was friendly. I'm seeing unhappy reviews about the tech however I didn't find her rude. She got straight to business and was formal, but I didn't find her rude at all.

Had to pay an $800 co-pay and the report read by Basha Doctors showed i had a huge mass in my abdomen. Had further tests taken to evaluate at Henry Ford which showed absolutely NO mass... Ended up getting a bill saying I still owed over $150...

The staff at Basha Diagnostics is awesome! I usually use a hospital for my CT and MRI services. I can't thank Tracey enough for being so great and fast. She showed just the right amount of empathy, and was so professional. Please don't hesitate to come to this facility. This will always be my place going forward. Thank you so much to the Basha staff for being great to me

I was totally impressed from the time I walked in the door . There were two ladies up front and I am ashamed to say I did not get their names. They were polite very organized and excellent customer service. The doctor thoroughly explained everything to me and asked me if I was uncomfortable with anything. The technician that did my MRIS she was amazing as well she made me feel comfortable she kept in constant contact with me asking me if there was anything I needed if I was okay. I would highly recommend this place they know what they're doing and they know how to get it done in a very professional way

The lady at the front desk was really nice and tried to get my mom in for her MRI as fast as she could seeing as my mom was in a lot of pain. However, the tech who did the MRI was super rude, inconsiderate, extremely unprofessional and did not have any manners when interacting with my mom. I do not know what her issue was, maybe she did not have her morning coffee or she just wasn't taught how to treat patients but that was the worst treatment that we have ever received in a clinic.

Lack of communication is a huge factor with this facility, they have now, a proven record of making you a patient for the sole purpose of billing your Medicaid provider. They were so insistent on reaching out to schedule my mammogram appointment that they called my emergency contact to book my appointment. Then upon arrival to the appointment, I’m sorry we’ve been attempting to reach you for days - which is completely false - we no longer take your state provided insurance. Nothing lost nothing gained, other than their insurance tactics and strategies. Love when facilities like these reveal their transparency!!
