Absolutely impossible to contact shipping department by phone. I have been trying for 30 minutes, every single time it tells me the line is busy and disconnects. What kind of place has a phone system that can't put you on hold?

Any Shipper or Receiver with late fees will not get more than one star from me.
It is new ELD era and drivers have no options. 
And guess what? I did "plan my day".

Terrible place heavy cheap freight. Showed up an hour and a half before appt they forgot all about while I was standing in front of the dock where they want the drivers. Loaded me 2 hours after my appt took them an hour and a half to load. Scaled the load it was 350lbs over came back and they gave me a hard time and try to force me to drive illegal and made me wait another 4 hours until they got me into a dock to rework the load. Employees do not wash their hands and they are handling food products. Their sinks have no water source. Terrible place to pick up.
