Basin Park Hotel

My first visit to Eureka Springs and I’ve already found my go-to hotel for future visits. The staff is all super friendly and helpful. The old building shows its age, but it has aged well. I’ve stayed at other older hotels and they all felt rundown - not so at Basin Park. And combined with how friendly and attentive the staff is, it almost feels like you’re stepping back in time here. You can’t beat the location, the bed was great, and the views are some of the best in town. I will definitely stay here again.

April 11 stay. Great hotel to experience Eureka Springs. Helpful, friendly staff. Clean and very nice when you consider it opened in 1905. Good food and convenient at Balcony Restaurant. We had a king size bed MOST comfortable bed EVER! Will definitely stay again.

Bed is big and comfy, hard but that’s my level of comfort Shower was dual head and amazing for a couple Jacuzzi in room was nice, balcony was as well They leaf blow the court yard at 7am and you will hear it so prepare for that The restaurant took a really really long time both times we went, I don’t think they have a very good rhythm there, food was good though when you finally get it. Went to the spa and they were amazing, the messages were around $75 or so. They were very nice and kept it relaxing. The parking is off site and a couple blocks away, but they have a shuttle to get you back and forth. Best part of the hotel is the location being near all the stores and bars.

We stopped in to eat at the restaurant on the upper floor. This hotel had the charm and atmosphere of a 1930's hotel. The restaurant was upstairs on the balcony. There was a pub style bar as you entered the Restaurant. It is positioned over historic downtown Eureka Springs, AK. The food was delicious and reasonably priced. The locals recommended this place to us we would return on future trips.

It was so good. The rooms were beautiful and everything was very clean. We always had extra towels and bath cloths. They also had very nice shampoo, body wash, and conditioner. The soap smelled very good and you always had what you needed. The people at the front desk were super nice when you asked them questions. Heater worked amazingly too! I loved this place so much and I am definitely going back.
