If you are looking for genuine next level service for your medical care, look no further than the Baskin Clinic. Dr. Lester Baskin is exceptional at what he does and obviously passionate about his patients. I originally reached out to the Baskin Clinic several years ago out of pure frustration in trying to get some basic medical care through more conventional clinics. Unlike other places I called, these folks were responsive from the first call and fit me in quickly despite the fact I was a new patient at that time. During my initial meeting with Dr. Baskin it was so abundantly clear he was not only a very capable physician but sincerely enthusiastic about providing a new and better experience in health care. This guy loves what he does and genuinely invests himself in his patients! In fact, the entire staff at the Baskin Clinic seems to share his enthusiasm which clearly indicates a culture of passion for care which I have not seen anywhere else. A refreshing service in an industry that has sadly become more about revenue than patient care. Patient care is clearly priority one at the Baskin Clinic.

One of the best decisions I've ever made was to become a patient in the Baskin Clinic. Dr. Heather Baskin has been kind, attentive, available and competent. My experience has reinforced the valuable role primary care providers play in our lives. The office staff is outstanding too. I want to write a review of Baskin Clinic in NW Portland, near Good Samaritan Hospital. I have been a member of three different concierge medical groups in the last six years, and Baskin Clinic is the best! The Clinic itself is always clean, and the office staff treat each patient with respect and friendliness, whether providing service in the office or on a phone call. My doctor Dr. Rebecca Neborsky is phenomenal, and one of the most outstanding physicians I have ever worked with. She is bright, thorough, well schooled in medical practices and techniques, and is a great detective to determine what is going on with your body. Dr. Neborsky understands that each of us is a unique person with unique chemistry. At times when I have experienced a scary health challenge, she is right there with me, guiding me through the process of recovering my health. I feel fully confident that as I age, whatever happens with my body, we will recover and heal together. As a benefit of being part of a Concierge medical clinic, if you become ill and your doctor is on vacation, another physician will work with you. As a 77 year old with many chemical sensitivities, I had a tough time when I contacted Covid even with 2 shots, 2 boosters. Dr. Lisa Cuneo guided me through my healing each day with Covid, and I was so grateful for her kindness, advice and careful monitoring. I am truly blessed to be part of the patients at Baskin Clinic. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Lester Baskin. My husband and I have been going to the Baskin Clinic for almost a year. Wonderful staff/wonderful service. This past summer, I had an emergency hospitalization and Dr. Baskin was totally there for me and got me to the appropriate specialist and continued to check on me until I was totally 100%. Several months ago, I had a balance issue that was very concerning to me. Not only was Dr. Baskin immediately available to see me but figured out what the issue was and knew how to treat it. This past weekend when the balance issue symptoms returned and I had a house full of guests, Dr. Baskin was available when I called and even did a house call. I have had three different primary care physicians in the last forty years and by far Dr. Baskin is the most patient-engaging, caring physician that I have been to. He is very knowledgeable, calm and remembers me and my health situation. I feel very lucky to have found such a wonderful doctor.

He listens carefully, is caring, reminds you by text to take tests that may have been scheduled out months earlier and has referred me to extremely impressive specialists when needed. The Quick & Dirty: Amazing team! Highly recommend the Baskin Clinic, especially Dr. Wolpert! The Details: I have been a patient of the Baskin Clinic for the past two years. I chose the Baskin Clinic because in the past, my busy schedule often interfered with scheduling appointments. This was compounded by the limited availability of the providers I saw. In the end, it was me and my health that suffered. The direct primary care model utilized at the Baskin Clinic allows me to put my health first. The clinic’s schedule meets my needs. Appointments are always convenient; I can count on my doctor to be on time for my appointment; and I never feel rushed while talking to my doctor. The best part is I can reach out to and communicate with my doctor at any time. This has been incredibly handy, especially during covid, because I can receive timely answers to my questions without the hassle of unnecessary office visits. I have stayed at the Baskin Clinic because the staff is wonderful. Everyone I have interacted with, from the office staff to the on call doctor I spoke to late on a weekend night, have all been incredibly gracious. 
I see Dr. Wolpert. They are friendly, incredibly knowledgeable, and listen carefully to my concerns. I really appreciate that they help me take an active role in my care by providing me with the information and guidance I need to make decisions about my care. I cannot imagine going back to the old model of primary care. I’m so glad I found Dr. Wolpert and the Baskin Clinic. I highly recommend them! The only feedback for improvement I might have for the clinic is that I would like to be billed consistently on the same day each month, give or take the time it takes the bank to process the payment. A small price to pay for all the positives.

Our family has been using the Baskin Clinic for nearly 2 years and are very satisfied with the amazing service. Having direct contact with your doctor and getting replies very quickly even after hours is refreshing. Dr. Lester Baskin is terrific at being accessible and providing excellent medical care and advice. Rebecca Cervantes who greets you and assists with medical care is a wonderful person and so pleasant and positive to deal with. So glad we decided to join Baskin Clinic.

Such a great service and option for busy or traveling people. My wife and I have been patients at the Baskin Clinic for many years now. They have taken a detailed interest in keeping us healthy as well as providing immediate care when needed. The follow through and immediate personal care I receive is outstanding. On several occasions, they have been an amazing resource when I've been out of town, either at my ranch 100 miles away, or in NY on a family vacation by having someone to converse with via email and phone outside of normal business hours. Having a physician group that you can have such a personal connection to is priceless!

Dr. Heather Baskin is amazing! She always responds promptly to my inquiries and concerns and is a great listener. I always feel at ease when I go to see her whether it’s for a check up or a specific issue. The Baskin Clinic in general runs smoothly and efficiently while taking plenty of time to make each patient feel properly cared for. I’ve been seeing doctors at this clinic for over 10 years and plan to stay for life.
