Baskin Robbins

Would give zero stars if I could. We have been staying at the Sheraton Waikiki for 3 nights and have tried to purchase Baskin Robbins each night at 10-10.30pm but have found it to be closed even though it advertises to close at 11pm. Absolutely ridiculous service.

I love it has cheap prices, and it's in a great location, so I can chill or play Foosball, or go for a swim, or even play pool. Also great service.

Great ice cream

The quality of their product is very good. Love they ice creams .

It's inside a hotel. Very limited seating. The folks are nice but there's four chairs in the whole store. You got to go through the lobby of the hotel to get there.

Really weak customer service despite the great location. You would expect to have a great service too but that's not what happens!

It's a Baskin Robbins what else can you say about it. They have ice cream, they have cones, it's not too expensive.

Location in Sherton Waikiki - First time here even though used to work in area...arrived at 10:41pm to use birthday coupon only to see a sign indicating 30 min early closure after walking several miles to get here!! I am NOT amused!!
