Asked for them to get the ice cream all the way inside the cone. They refused! So I left! Every time I go to Baskin Robbins I end up eating a hollow cone! I’ll go get ice cream at a Dairy Queen!

Was standing in line and got done helping the guy in front of me and made Me stand there for 5 minutes. Should have just walked out with my stuff they probably wouldn't have noticed. Unbelievable! This place is garbage.

Was a joke....Tried to get a shake she said there wasn't enough. I said don't you have more she said yes but it is frozen......Seriously.

The service was horrible. The girl working behind the counter never even looked up at me, and she talked to the other employees the whole time . She was very rude. When asked what does she think about one of the ice cream flavors, she just said she didn't know that we could taste it. She was more worried about gossiping behind the counter to her fellow employee, rather than tending to us. I left very upset.
