Baskin-Robbins

Bad spot because of the construction at Gilbert Rd which is not their fault. Has it been 5yrs? because it feels like it. Parking is a pain since there are so many establishments nearby but not enough parking space in front of the store. Have to park at Frys and walk. We tried the banana float, it was good but had better somewhere else. Customer service was great, they were fast and helpful. Cute uniform when we went there, same as stranger things characters.

Icecream cakes are amazing - Got this one for Thanksgiving and it was not only very cute but very tasteful as well.

Amazing ice cream. I had pistachio almond, then Jamoca, then a scoop of very berry strawberry. The girl behind the counter was very friendly. You can sample each of the ice creams before you decide. It wasn't expensive either.

Delicious ice cream, clean store, friendly staff, and you get a free waffle cone with the purchase of two scoops.

The staff is great. The flavors are great. The problem, the cheap owner has changed the original cake cones from the B&R brand to the Joy brand. The Joy brand tastes horrible in comparison.

Excellent customer service . The ice cream I think is better than Cold Stone and there was even a family special the night we went.

Sarah is AMAZING. She was very friendly and helpful from the moment I walked in. She expertly answered all my questions about the custom ice cream cakes they offer and patiently walked me through the online-ordering process. The cake came out perfectly!! The flavor, consistency, design, image... EVERYTHING, was as great as I imagined it would be. Thank you Sarah!

The ice cream is delicious, of course. I like this store because it never seems to be busy, at least when we've gone. There is enough seating and the restrooms were clean. Very spacious compared to the one in Mesa University and Main. They also offer complimentary ice water.
