Baskin Robins

I went last night, first time ever going to a baskin robins, so I had higher expectations than what I experienced. There was seemingly only one person, which being in food service industry before isn’t ideal. However, the reason I’ve given one star is because going in I thought it was cool they had dunkin and I wanted to try a donut but right before the employee came to take my order, I saw the donuts weren’t enclosed as the back is wide open and there were flies on the donuts. If I didn’t see this last minute I would’ve fully bought and ate it without knowing flies were landing on all these donuts and who knows how long. The variety of ice cream had was a bit disappointed as mentioned going in I had higher expectations of not being able to choose which flavors I wanted to try but it was the opposite it was hard deciding which ones I was willing try.

This is the chain I go to when I’m needing a pick me up. Jamaican almond fudge does it every time. This store in particular was very clean and the people were very friendly. I would go back.

Placed an order with DoorDash last week and they didn’t bother to contact me about them not having what I wanted or didn’t bother to tell the dasher. They just gave me what they had an a bunch of day old donut holes.

They only had 24 flavors and not 31. But it was good

Walk in the store with no a greeting or anything waited over 5 mins for someone to finally great us rudely and tell us they don’t have ice cream. While they had three tubs on the back counter. Not to mention the other young lady who walked passed us four or five time making eye contact and just walking away. First and last time going. Hope they don’t treat everyone like this.

They were probably short staffed at the time, but it took a long time to be welcomed or even get eye contact. Completely ignored for a solid 10 mins. Before before me walked out. I also got the wrong ice cream. Fortunately it was tasty but it wasn't what I ordered. It was the bottom scoop so I didn't notice until I was halfway through or I would have gone back and asked them to remake it.

It's nice to have new choices in an old neighborhood. Staff seems to focus on the drive through and ignore customers in the store. Donut selection was scarce and a little stale. Not great, but not bad.

It's a small version of Baskin Robbins that shares the building with Starbucks. I love Baskin Robbins and I wanted to give this one 5 stars but they just didn't have the flavor options of a full size store.
