Had my boat towed here after my trailer Hub blew for the second time. Derrick and his team in Service and Maintenance were awesome! They explained everything to me and had me back on the road in less than two weeks!!! I couldn't be happier and this is now my GoTo Maintenance store for all my Tracker Boat!! Thank you guys!!!
Love. OK to update my review. First off your sunglasses hut gal is my daughters hero after she fixed my baby girls glasses. No charge. I took my 9 year old twin girls in there Sunday. It was just as much fun as being at a zoo. They loved all the animals they saw. Plus you guys were having a fishing contest and let them catch a fish.... Thank you Bass Pro for being so family friendly. Plus what other store do you go to and take a hundred pictures. 5 star.
We always love coming to Bass Pro. My 8yr old would like everyone to know not to buy the red licorice that looks like twizzlers. She says it's disgusting!
Always a fun time to come here, always seem to have something cool I'd want to buy. Staff is friendly and the environment is welcoming. Only big issue I see is they really push the club/credit card on you... not high pressure persay, but everyone asked if you are part of it and if you want to join. Understandably, their saltwater selection is very limited but I wish they had more stuff for those of us who heads to the gulf of Mexico for vacation.
My husband loves this place. The only thing I don't like is that the staff are less likely to help me first possibly because I am female. I don't like that at all. I would prefer not to beg for help in a store that I have spent tens of thousands in for my husband.
Beautiful place. Brought my dogs here to get their photos taken with Santa. Staff is friendly but finding assistance can be hard cause almost everyone is distracted or stationed to a specific area. But it is a really cool place to pick up some outdoor gear or to stroll inside for just whatever.
Bass Pro Shops is one of best. Never had a bad experience in the store. Best selection in a brick-and-mortar store of fishing and hunting items. Prices are very good, you'll have no problem finding what you're looking for.
We've been several years in a row to the Santa event they do annually, We always enjoy it ... Great store, we were disappointed the "arcade" area where you shoot the laser guns was closed this year.. as was the top floor cafe area ... And there were no included crafts with Santa shop like in years past ...
This was our first time visiting this Bass Pro and is just like the others honestly, great environment with good prices! Our family went to see Santa which we were excited about them still having Santa this year. Reservations only and encouraged to take mask off once at the window with Santa. Free picture really helps as well! Will definitely visit again.
This is a crazy big store in southern IN. Our MI FB group stopped off here after our last day at the National Farm Machinery Show. The store is huge, multi-level and totally packed with everything hunting, fishing, camping and outdoors related. ....wow!!!
