Customer service excellence. Pam was very helpful in guiding me through the fabric and options for a sectional sofa. Received a hand written note shortly after I visited. The price was more than I was willing to spend because our dogs do spend time on our furniture. Great experience.

While Bassett can make good furniture, we have not had a very good experience. Our bedroom furniture took 6 weeks to get to Fayetteville and then we had to wait another week for it to be delivered. We live in Rogers which is about 30 minutes away. The set is beautiful, but one of the drawers is damaged. The communication and follow up about that was not very good. Then our leather sectional came in, (after waiting 4 weeks for it), with damage. Now we'll have to probably wait another 4 weeks for our order to be complete and then with the chance that the leathers do not match. The people that work at Bassett in Fayetteville have been very nice and apologetic, (that's the only reason I gave them 2 stars), but after spending almost $20,000 at this store in the last few months, my husband and I are extremely disappointed. It just seems like we should get better service than this for such expensive furniture. I wouldn't recommend Bassett and I probably won't be shopping there in the future.

Great service, custom order and delivered early. On top of great service, the selection and quality is top notch.

Beautiful, well built, top of the line. Have several rooms of Bassett furniture that have stood the test of time.
