Diane and Paul were very accommodating in setting up a time to see the boat. They also highlighted all its features and differences from my existing boat and another one in the showroom. Once the weather turned to spring and I wanted it to be delivered they juggled their schedule to get it done. I’m sure that they did that for many of their customers tired of the long winter and longing for spring. The boat arrived very well prepped and Paul once again described its equipment and operation of the boat. I highly recommend Bassett.

Wow. All i can say is wow. I have a 2014 Monterey that i bought from them and they are the best. Call Dianne and she will take care of you. She can even give you my cell phone number as a reference. They are that good.

Enjoying my Monterey on the lake. Diane set up a trip to Monterey in Fla to see my boat being built. Pretty awesome service. Can’t say enough about them

Door's Locked, nobody there. That was my first experience this year visiting Bassett Boat. Second visit the next week was met with the doors locked again. Sign on door read go around back to see if there's anybody here. Another sign on door read they are at the Coast at their "more important shop" making more money than here........ok, ok, that was an exaggeration....but it did say they were at the coast in their other facility. I did locate someone to open the door, unfortunately they were out of trim fluid. How can you be out of trim fluid at a Marina you ask. Poor Management I say. Now, I am going to their competitor in Holyoke (Action Marina) to visit a couple good ol boys that used to be in Springfield. I should have started there first !!
