Bateman Horne Center

Receptionist was rude to me when I tried to make an appointment. They said they don’t have the funding to see more patients. Well, just charge the patients that should fund hiring more professionals. Nowhere in any of their videos that I read about how sometimes chronic fatigue can be caused by mold exposure. As soon as I left my house for a few months , the chronic fatigue vanished. This organization did nothing to help me.

I wish very much that I could come to your clinic. I’m so sick and tired of the gaslighting I have received over the past 20 years. It happened again yesterday at the Insta Care here in St. George. The doctor was very elderly. He told me Fibromyalgia was just a manifestation of those that can’t accept their depression. He did not know what ME/CFS meant. I was so upset I walked out of the appointment. He was rude and condescending. I can’t believe I still have to try and convince the medical community that I’m very sick.

The Batman Horne Center gave me life again. They took time with me and heard me. I had been on a long 7 year journey to find answers to my health, and they did just that! This organization is filled with some of the most amazing, educated, and caring people I have ever met! Thank you BHC for the continued care for ME/CFS patients such as myself! You truly gave me life again!

The doctors and staff are truly wonderful. I am so pleased with the amazing care I received at the Bateman Horne Center. They were caring, kind, and professional. Update: 3 months since my first visit to the Bateman Horne Center - I had my 2nd visit...this time I met with Dr Lucinda Bateman. I had a wonderful experience meeting with Dr Bateman as we discussed for about an hour my care and my condition. I have improved substantially since my first visit because of the treatment I am receiving. If you have ME/CFS, FIBROMYALGIA do whatever you can to visit the Bateman Horne Center.

My daughter has had chronic fatigue for about 3 years. We were on a waiting list for 2 and 1/2 years. So far it seems to be worth the wait. The care seems to be super excellent! we have seen a lot of doctors over the last few years, and most of them completely suck and don't care about their patients, but instead are just trying to rack up doctor visits and tests that take us nowhere, with no follow-up. Bateman Horne so far seems to be the opposite of that. My daughter cried all the way home because she was so happy. I only gave it four stars though, because I'm reserving the last star to see if my daughter actually improves for once. We have high expectations and in the past our expectations have been dashed over and over again. This really is our last hope to have my daughter's life brought back to a little bit more of normalcy.

My child was sick for two years. After seeing many doctors and having many tests done, no one could figure out what was wrong with him. We finally discovered the Bateman Horne Center where he was diagnosed with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. It is very comforting to know he is in good hands now. The Bateman Horne Center has the best treatments available and is constantly working on the progression of better treatments. Dr. Bateman has offered many valuable tips to help manage the chronic fatigue symptoms. Dr. Bateman is also an excellent advocate for her patients from dealing with the school system to social security benefits. The staff is fantastic. They are very knowledgeable and friendly. My son actually enjoys his appointments at the Bateman Horne Center and visiting with the staff.

I have been treated by Dr. Bateman and her staff for ten years now, and I have always had the most positive experience here. The staff are so warm and helpful, and always respond quickly to questions and needs. Dr. Bateman and Patty are just superb medical professionals and have helped me to a new path of well-being. I cannot thank them enough !!

They're not usually taking new patients, but their care for people with Fibromyalgia and ME/CFS is stellar. If you can get a foot in the door by being involved in a research study, you should do it.

Dr. Bateman and her staff are proclaimed to be the very best when it comes to the treatment of Fibromyalgia and Chronic Fatigue. THEY ARE NOT !!!!! Not once did I ever get any kind of help or assistance from the providers in this practice with my Fibro or chronic fatigue. It took me over a year to even get a new patient visit with them and at that it isn't with the MD, it is with one of the physician assistants. Visits to see your provider once you are a patient are like seeing a social worker, no exams are ever done, all they do is ask questions and tell you to do this or that that pain prevents you from doing not to mention your primary care provider, you just sit and talk that is a clinic visit with them, plus all they ever want is a sleep study done and it is pushed and pushed on you, no matter what you say or your circumstances are that don't allow you to have a study done and it is a waste of your time to have one done to prove it is not a sleeping disorder at all. I will NEVER step foot in this clinic again and I would recommend you don't either.

The best Dr and staff hands down for ME/CFS I’ve found in the USA. They helped me leap and bonds for their patients. The educational materials are endless. Their research program is always ahead of the game it feels like. I miss the center a lot and always brag about the work being done there. Dr Batesmen is a saint always attending as many avenues of ground breaking info out there in the world hand downs.
