Bates Motel Escape Rooms

Such a great time. Not to easy but not to difficult. Set up amazingly! Staff is supper freindy and the place is managed very well! Did the Bate Escape room but will be back for rage, another escape room and also the tactical laser tag!!!

The best Escape room we’ve ever been to, these guys really raise the bar with the escape rooms the detail, complexity ,authenticity really off the charts. We will definitely be back.

My kids and I have done many escape rooms over the past few years and this is definitely my favorite place. The setup/props are awesome. We've visited other places with comparable props but the puzzles here are definitely better than all others. We've now done all of the rooms here but are looking forward to the 2 new ones in the new year. The staff is super friendly and helpful. They also are the only place I've found that offers a discount for booking the full room which is great when you have a larger group.

Our robotics team had a blast at the Bates Motel Escape Rooms. We rented 2 private rooms and did The Tomb and Bates Manor. Both rooms looked amazing! These are custom built rooms that you would find on any movie set. All are designed well with great attention to detail. It was so much fun! We also had use of the party room which was large and super clean. The staff was outstanding!!! Randy and Diana were so helpful in answering all our questions beforehand. And I can't say enough good things about their employees Talon and John. They were so kind, accommodating and helpful. They truly went above and beyond to make our experience great! We even got a sneak peek in some of the other escape rooms and the laser tag room as they were not being used yet, they were equally as stunning. We can't wait to go back and try them all. Thank you Bates Motel for providing first class escape rooms in the area. We will be back!

Recently completed the Bates Manor Escape Room. The guy who greeted us upon arrival was great. Very engaging, told us about all the things that business had to offer before going into the room. The room decor was great. It could of used a little more light at certain points in the room, or maybe a flashlight but that did not ruin the experience. The puzzles were fun! The Game Master was hit or miss, as sometimes she wouldn't respond to us and sometimes she would tell us something without prompting. Did not ruin the experience though!

This escape room is SO freaking good that my friend and I came here two days in a row! Each room is like a movie set… seriously. I don’t want to give any details or spoil anything… but you MUST go. The staff is outstanding, the ambience is incredible, the scenes literally captivate you! You really have no choice but to immerse yourself in the experience. We will be back to do the other rooms! Thank you!

We did the Bates Motel Room. It was an okay experience. The clues need to be presented in order or linked as in a scavenger hunt. To be just sent into a room without knowing where to start uses up valuable time While I appreciate the low lighting for atmosphere, unfortunately my eyesight is not the best under those conditions especially if I need to read something. Also in diminished light the chess pieces all look the same wood tone-. I assume that is on purpose. Some of the "gadgets" were clever but rotating puzzle pieces need to"click" into place for accuracy. I question using an actual circuit box and drain pipe as part of the process simply because most people would be weary something could go wrong. And having to back track to get more information wasted time also -- I guess again on purpose. The staff helped us"out" and they were all very nice especially our "host" but I didn't get his name. I don't think it was Norman....... And one more thing. Move the storage lockers out into the room. It's a traffic jam with everyone having to crowd around the corner to get to them.

I came here tonight for my birthday with my parents and friend and had the best time. We did the Bates Manor room and It was difficult but not overly difficult where you were stumped. The rooms decor was very cool and not cheap looking.Our room did have a small technical difficulty, but the workers there still made the rest of our time in the room fun. We can’t wait to come back and try the other rooms. Highly recommend!!

Great family activity! Yesterday was our second time there. I originally took my daughter and her friends for the Bates Manor experience but didn't participate. We took the entire family yesterday for Revenge of the Serial Killer and had a blast. It was just the right level of difficulty for ages 12 - old me. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. Definitely take the opportunity to go there and experience it for yourself.

We brought my Son here for his 18th birthday. The escape room was fantastic, challenging but not overly so you get frustrated. The best part of this experience was the staff Dave. He put in a special birthday twist for my son and came in on his own time for us as we came from 2hrs away and then stayed extra to show my son all the other great rooms here as well! I HIGHLY recommend this escape room to everyone!!!
