Bates Security

My employer has used bates security for years now. In general they are very responsive; over the years we have had issues with some of our hardware, and it did take them 2 trips to get it sorted out but they were very professional and willing to work with us as long as it took to get us up and running. Jade fields almost all of my mundane customer service requests very very quickly and is always able to assist me. highly Recommended

I don't know how much Bates is paying Jade to do what she does but she needs a raise, regardless. She has fulfilled every single request I have ever sent within 60 minutes, and makes my job SO much easier. Thanks Bates, and thanks especially to Jade!

Jerry Coy came and explained to us about Bates Security. We were every impressed with his presentation & signed up with Bates Security. He was very professional & we did not feel pressured to purchase. Dustin Martin came to install our Security package on the worst snow day that we have had. He called & said he would be there. We were surprise that he came due to the weather. He was very professional & show us exactly how the system worked. He was very patient with us & let us practice several times until we were comfortable with it. He cleaned up & we didn't even know he was on the place. I would recommend these two gentleman. They are an excess to the Bates Co. We would recommend the Bates Co. to anyone that is looking for Security.

The safety and security of my home and family are most important and I wouldn't choose any other company! The Bates Family have cared for my family for 3 years and we couldn't be happier. We owe our sense of security to their watchful eye and knowledgeable staff! Thanks guys!

Today Bates came to my home and installed a new system. I could not have asked for a better Techician than Dustin. He was very informative and friendly. He took his time and explained everything to me and my husband and made sure we understood everything before he left. He was professional and courteous in our home. I would highly recommend Bates to anyone. Also, Lisa my sales rep was super sweet she has been at my home twice. We switched from an existing security system in which the contract had ran out. I am glad we switched. We wanted a local business with a great BBB RATING. I am highly satisfied with my service.
