Walked into store was not greeted or acknowledged. They only had one customer checking out. I walked around entire store. Lady checking out customer looked up and looked away. Other lady putting merchandise back looked at me walked by and said nothing and they never asked me if I needed help any specials nothing and didn’t say good bye when I walked out. Was my best store horrible service. Now rest of employees came out of back and up laughing and looking on phones and no one bothered to help me!!!!!

They treated customers with a pickup order really bad. I used to enjoy shopping there and the staff was very friendly and happy or at least they look happy to serve me. Not with an online order pickup. They didn't greet or smile at the customer, and when there was some misunderstanding, they didn't bother to explain it right. They messed up my order too. So I didn't bother to shop and canceled my order. Probably it is because they don't get a cut of the sales?? But this is wrong. BBW needs to tell their employee to treat all customers the same.

Visited this meyerland location last week. Very disappointed. Hispanic chick working there told the younger lady working register not to swap out my wildflower plugs. I have exchanged them before.  Bbw doesn't send email receipts so how can a customer have a receipt from 6months ago. Will never return here..Went to another location and the manager was very nice and exchanged them.for me without a problm.

Will no longer shop at Bath & Body Works anymore. I'm sick and tired of having to use your app in order to get my points. I had a shopping bag full of items, and once I tried to use my app on my phone, it would not work, and the girl at the counter wouldn't help me. Their stuff is overpriced even when there is a sale.

Exercised the 100% happiness guarantee policy and returned 4 candles- 2 used , 1 completely burned and 1 new - and got 4 new ones! Amazing scents the masculine ones are mohogany apple and teakwood The semisweet one is the champagne apple honey and the lighter fragrance is the honey wildflower

Store was pretty busy. The associate with the braids was very helpful although I didn't find 2 items I was looking for. Checkout cashier was rushing, I didn't get to apply my coupon so I ended up spending $51 and change when it should've been way less.

I like this store. The only thing that upsets me is when I order something, some of the product can be picked up in the store and some has to be shipped. And the shipping is ridiculous. I prefer going to the store.

January 2023: This location Meyerland Plaza, Houston is currently CLOSED. Looks like they are renovating. Work trucks outside. Nothing on shelves.

OMG I could spend hours and lots of $$ here there are so many choices and scents for hand soap body wash scrubs etc.

Who doesn't love everything that smells good? This place is great.
