Bath & Body Works

Went today for the semi after Christmas sale! Bought more, then I intended but it was worth it! The staff was great, and helpful, and knowledgeable I go every year thankyou for great customer service!

The store manager, Amy, worked really hard for me to get the best discount I could and made my purchasing experience phenomenal! This has always been my favorite store and one I frequent but now it's definitely the only one I'll go to for my candle and lotion needs! Thanks guys!!

This store is huge! It has so many more items than some of the smaller stores. As always the scents in the store as you enter was amazing. The sales person helped me quickly and I was the only customer in the store at the tome

I am addicted to bath and body works, so when I go anywhere near one, I go in and I usually buy. This place holds significant good memories for me, but that's beside the point: the customer service here is on point and I absolutely love the staff-they're all so pleasant. Whenever I'm downtown next, I'll be going shopping here.

Horrible experience with an employee named Jena, she had an attitude and didn't want to help my mom and I where we were trying to use a coupon. We ended up getting help from another younger employee who was friendly and receptive to us. Unfortunate experience with this lady

Always pleasant and helpful employees at this location. When is B&B going to bring back Forever Red? Huge mistake to discontinue it. The body sprays just do not last and they do not compare, even a Thousand Wishes, which is always suggested.
