Shower install was done on time and great.Had a small issue and it was addressed promptly.Requesting service is easy through the warranty center and service response time is reasonable.

The installer for my walk in shower was very skilled. He had to tweek a few things in my bathroom and did a very professional job. He completed everything in a day and half. I appreciate the safety I feel when I take a shower. I have no more fears of falling. We purchased a tub to shower conversion from Bath Fitter and couldn't be happier! They responded immediately to our inquiry. Our consultation was scheduled just a few days later. Tyler did an excellent job presenting and answering all questions. What great communication! Larry, our installer, was amazing. He made the conversion start to finish in just 1 day, which included the removal of a cast iron tub. The workmanship was flawless. Larry cleaned up totally. A great company. Thanks so much!

Salesman conned my sister into signing up for a 13k project. As he went over the order on his iPad he scrolled right over the cancellation clause only showing her the lines where a signature was needed and not the content that explained her rights as a consumer. She requested her deposit to be refunded after the finance company wanted to charge 18% interest and her hometown bank suggested getting another estimate. Tim refuses to refund her $960 and she’s a single mom with one in college. BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES- consider yourself WARNED!!!

Went really well. Installers were on time and finished in a timely manner. Left no mess to clean up. Only problem one installer became ill and it took a couple of days for him to come back and finish. Overall a very good experience.

Awesome job if anyone needs a remodel or walk in shower call these people they are outstanding very professional and knowledgeable I give them 10 stars

Sales process was very professional; Tim knows his product and was able to answer all my questions. The installation went well with just a few minor issues original install date was postponed; one piece did not fit and they had to return to the shop for a replacement; clean-up could have been a bit better - use a shop vac instead of a broom. The product looks excellent and despite the minor issues described above, I would recommend this company to a friend.

The staff at BathFitter are all exceptional people..pleasant, courteous and easy to work with. Tim informed us of a VA benefit we weren’t aware of! We appreciate everything BathFitters staff did and we love our new walk-in shower
