Today was my puppy’s first grooming session and it went amazing, she came out smelling gorgeous and so soft! Our fur baby was made to feel safe and comfortable and had lots of cuddles! Absolutely fantastic service! John has been grooming our pupdog for nearly a year now and each time he does such a wonderful job..... she looks and smells fabulous. John is clearly passionate about dogs and takes his time building a trusting relationship between himself and the dog before he begins each grooming session. John is really friendly yet professional..... he's always on time and is full of doggy related knowledge so is always happy to give plenty of advice if required. We would recommend John's services 100% - he's fab!

Excellent dog grooming service!! Alex & John Kelly used to be DIAL A DOG WASH Telford where they built up an great reputation of being brilliant groomers and this shows by the amount of customers they have. They have been established groomers for the last 4/5 years so they know what they are doing but decided to break away from the franchise this year to finally go it alone as Baths & Barks. They have groomed my dog for the last two years to exceptional standard. My dog is really nervous about grooming and bathing but John quickly calms her to get the job done.
