Batteries Plus Bulbs

I called the store at this location, 293 E 3300 S, to find a replacement screen for my cell phone. They told me the same thing that was told me by another batteries plus store that they would not have a screen for my phone until a week from Thursday. Today is Tuesday. I told him this has been the story with all Batteries Plus stores that they tend to order the screen when the customer calls. I said, so you order the screen when the customer calls and then it is delivered Thursday. He was then very rude to me and said, “I would appreciate you not putting words in my mouth.” All I was trying to do is clarify why it takes so long for the order. Batteries Plus has never had anything in stock that I have requested in the past.

Brought my phone in to have the screen replaced. The new screen did not work properly so they replaced it again. Second replacement does not work properly either. Demonstrated to the sales person both times that the screen does not register touch in the corners. After the second replacement they told me this is normal and acceptable. Now I have a half functioning phone.

These guys were super helpful. I came in with an issue where my phone wasn't connecting to my car. The gentleman came out to my car and helped me fix my issue at no charge. Excellent service. I will always use this store for any issue.

I highly recommend batteries and bulbs . Instead of wasting time trying to save a dollar finding a already hard to find battery they have almost every battery and charger for almost any device. Plus they give you 10% off if you order online and pick up curbside. Very knowledgeable employees about the products your looking for as well as curbside pick up and very friendly . 4:40 04/20...brought in keyfob for replacement battery, a keyfob I just purchased less than 2 months ago off eBaycheap nonetheless, non oem. Service rep starts taking it apart and from my eyes doesn't get the screw all the way out and then tries to pry open case by levying end of key. Case cracks. Rep hands me case back and tells me the case was cracked before I came in. I'm pretty sure it wasn't. Maybe the professional thing to do is look at it before you goto work on it, because in my opinion, the kid cracked the case and didn't want to take blame for it. I have the receipt from eBay I just bought it not too long ago. Not impressed. A simple inspection and warning by the employee before attempting to work on any items could go a long way, to which I received none of. Edit: Not sure how to reply so I'll do it here. The fob battery has nothing to do with the case. The case is new, the fob is old. Battery wasn't working way before I replaced the case. And an attempt was made. He unscrewed it, and then he tried to pry it, as I've said. He did not review it, and simply hand it back to me. He used the screwdriver on it and then tried to pry it, but the screw wasn't completely removed. The fob and the case are separate pieces. Lexus key.

Staff were all super great. Very friendly, and went the extra mile. I had two iPhone repaired there. They did it fast and efficiently. Definitely recommend.

Always have good experiences when buying all kind of battery needs here. Today they replace the battery in my Samsung Note 9 cellphone. Was quick and professional, took an hour as promised. Now we will hope the new battery lasts longer than the 3-4 year old one that came OEM with the phone when new.

Always use these guys for exit sign batteries, and other electric storage. The best is key fob battery replacement done on site in 5 minutes and work better than the factory fob batteries. Used to buy on Ebay and their prices are better and can match exactly.

They sell garbage automotive batteries then refuse to honor the warranty. Don't be a fool like me and assume that a store that exists to sell batteries does it right.
