The man circled in red was helping me to find the proper batteries fory students got dot pen. When I came I was the only person. Another man came in after me. The man stopped what he was doing for me to get him the proper battery and ring up his order. He went back to looking up the battery and when another customer came in he assisted him and ring him up. The other young man was helping a man with a battery at his car and once he was done offered to ring me up and the person responded I got it. He proceeded with his conversation on the phone. I let him know what he did was rude and disrespectful. That my time is just as valuable as anyone else. Then he wanted to talk about how he has to do everything and the other person was new. He may have been new but he helped the man put on car battery ring it up and offer to assist me.
I brought a motorcycle battery about 18 months ago. Worked fine for the season, was on a tender for about a week after working fine all year and mysteriously was dead. The tender gave an error message, that's all. I brought it back to see if anything could be done. They tested it and it was at 6 volts. I was told that since i t was below ten volts the warranty is void. ???? The battery is dead and will not charge or function and that voids the warranty? This bazaar policy earned them a one star rating.
Great dealing with the workers and the owner of the store. If they don’t have the item, they are more than willing to research for you and order it if they can. I also look forward to dealing with them in the future at their new location in Springfield NJ
Very Unprofessional. They lie to you when you call ask questions to get you to the store then when you get there it's a whole different story. So just know everything is by walk in first come first serve they tell you a hour and half then when you get there they want you to leave your phone until the next day.
Had what I needed at a reasonable price point. What impressed me the most was the quick battery installation.
Needed to replace my mobility scooter battery. The service person opened battery compartment, replaced the new battery. Took only a few minutes. Scooter good as new,, He was very polite
My visit to Batteries and Bulbs was not bad at all. The gentleman who helped me was friendly as well as knowledgeable. I needed to purchase a battery and yes they had it. I must say it cost more than what I would have paid online, however it was worth paying the price to have it right away and installed. Thank you for great customer service
