Awful customer service. We were from out of town 40 minute drive, and we were told they could repair the phone same-day. Brought it in around 2:45- got told it should be done by 5:00 and that they would give us call when it was done. We waited around in Omaha for over 2 hours never received a call, and we got there at 5:30 we found out that they never even touched the phone. No phone call or anything. Guy at the counter was clueless.
No worth the upcharge. 2 year warranty for a 25 month battery. Walmart has a 3 year warranty for $60 cheaper.
BEWARE! I took my iPhone 7 Plus in for screen repair and my phone was returned to me badly damaged! The entire width of the top & bottom metal frame around the glass was completely gouged up. Them employee admitted to me that they had to "pry" the glass out and that's what caused the damage. I asked to speak to a manager. They called Dan on his cell phone and I told him what happened. He said they would take care of repairing the phone and to call him back the next day. I then took my phone to Apple and they informed me the case cannot be repaired - it's not a separate piece you can replace - the entire phone had to be replaced. I paid for this out of pocket to the tune of nearly $400 and called Dan back the next day and he told me he wouldn't be reimbursing me ANYTHING! Other things to point out with their "hack job" of an attempt to replace the screen - their poor quality aftermarket screens don't work at all in the sunlight with polarized sunglasses so you can’t see your screen outside or anytime you have sunglasses on & the home button was crooked & raised when they gave it back to me. It was absolutely the worst experience I've ever had! To anyone else with an iPhone - go to the Apple store and they do certified screen replacements for the same price these hacks are trying to rip people off for!
My Fiancé needed a new battery for her car key fob, so I headed over to Batteries Plus. I was expecting to buy the battery and then watch a YouTube video for help with installation. Turns out that they have a dedicated work station to identify the battery needed and will install it for you for a minimal charge. I think the total cost was about $20, which is well worth it for me being mechanically challenged. I was out of there in 15 minutes.
Great customer service! I went in not really knowing what I wanted, just knowing that the lighting in my bedroom was too harsh. The sales guy helped me pick out a soft vintage amber bulb that I never would've even known to look for, and he explained the difference in watts in LED versus standard bulbs. He was very friendly and knowledgeable!
Employees on Sunday aren't fully trained. Phoned in with all my details and was told to come on in. Was told to come back another day when I got there.
First time going in for what i was looking for, in a matter of 1.2 seconds!! The young man greeted me, i asked him, "do you cary this battery?" Instantly he replied yes. I then recognized the other gentleman to his right, whom i knew and used to deal with at another business from years ago, Dan. He said he'd been working there for the past 9 years! My, had time flown by. Dan then assisted me for some other battery products i had enquired about. My first time there, i will definitely continue to shop there again. I also found they're more than just batteries and bulbs.
Batteries Plus had so much more to offer than I expected. I was pleasantly surprised with The items I purchased.
I have several motorcycles, vehicles and a boat that I have bought batteries for and Batteries Plus Bulbs staff has helped me find the correct battery and has always had them in stock at one of their stores. Their staff is friendly and well trained and its always been a quick and easy purchase.
We stopped in to Batteries Plus to get a battery for the fob key battery for our car. The person who helped was efficient and soon repaired our fob. I recommend you stop and get your battery needs at Batteries Plus.
