Batteries Plus Bulbs

Five stars for the local Batteries Plus Bulbs. I usually go in for small replacement items. This time I needed quick service on a car battery recharge. I was glad to hear they could do that for me. Good staff, always quick to help you, even when they are pretty busy.

I’m not knocking battery plus I believe is an amazing store with some great employees, but I had a bad experience on my warranty with 2 individual that is making me think twice giving business in the future. I’m gonna hold there titles back and there names because it shouldn’t be a target type message, but I think when you have warranty on something it should be handled by professional’s and not by unprofessional employees an assume that your lying at least that’s how I felt. After a week of going back in forth I finally shorten my work day on Friday to leave the battery over night to be tested and what do you know I was right so they approved my warranty and after 5 long days I got my battery… so that’s why they only get 2 stars today .

I live in Seattle my daughter lives in Salem. Sent my daughter to buy a new battery for her BMW, soon after it was installed she started having issues, seat sensors, door, side view mirrors. We did some research and decided to take the car to the dealership. Sure enough, Batteries Plus sold my daughter the wrong battery. She went back to Batteries Plus to exchange the battery for the correct one, no big deal, unfortunately the person that was there told her that her warranty had expired which is not true and that they sold her the battery that she asked for?! Mind you she had to take the battery there to get it charged AFTER she had bought it brand new. This was already her third trip there. 4th actually bc she had to wait a day for the battery to get fully charged. Anyway, I called Batteries Plus and asked for the manager but, Max wanted to help me so I let him know that my daughter was sold the wrong battery for her vehicle. He said that we are right that he can see there is a couple different ones, to send her down there and that there would be a $30 difference. I let him know no problem she will pay it just make sure she is taken care of, I felt like I got somewhere and was confident to send my daughter back there again. I told her pack the baby go down there ask for Max, he said they will take care of you, all the notes are in the system just pay the $30 difference. My daughter gets there, they give her the run around, some kid that drives a Jetta tried explaining her about bmws like he knows more than the dealership. She ended up leaving upset, again. This just happened an hour ago. Max would not answer my call left me on hold for a while. Derrick gave me the managers name, Kari. She’ll be in Monday I’m hoping I can get this resolved. Max, you are disappointing sir, you told me you had this handled.

Absolutely excellent service. Replaced my screen protector quickly and got me on my way. Good prices on batteries.

They are always very helpful and will help you find the right battery and even place it in whatever item you have. for free Now batteries for watches they are top of the line and will put it in and find the right one and they even have a deal for the lifetime of the watch..they will replace the watch battery if you buy it from them! Bravo!!!

Excellent customer service. My new iPhone battery in my old phone was installed in less than 1.5 hours! I received a call right away to let me know the phone was available for pick up.

Friendly service. Staff was able to diagnose problem with cell phone. We needed a new battery. They had replacement in stocks.

Kuddles to Battery Plus on Lancaster Dr. I was able to get a key fob made for my car lost mine. The job took less than 30 minutes to get done.

I had my Samsung s10 cell phone battery replaced at batteries plus. And had the pleasure of dealing with i believe his name was John. Very polite, Professional young man.

Lifetime batteries are the best I go in there with my key fobs that are running dead and can't start my car and they change them out because I've got the lifetime warranty batteries and it's the best I suggest everybody that has any kind of battery that they constantly use to do this it saved me lots of money
