This company only wants your money. They do not sell quality rebuilt hybrid batteries. I called them for a hybrid battery on 4/15/19 and they came out the very next day to install 4/16/19. They were 15minutes early. I’m assuming wow excellent customer service. Boy was I wrong their battery only lasted 2 months. I called them on 6/25/19 and told them the battery was bad and all of a sudden Jacqueline is telling me it’s probably my oil. I reassured her that it is definitely the hybrid battery they installed. The earliest they can come and exchange the battery was Saturday 6/29/19 between 12-1. I called and texted Jacqueline on Saturday to confirm my appt and she texted back and confirmed my appt. At 1pm I texted and asked where’s the tech and Jacqueline said the tech still had a few appts ahead of me and said the tech will be here by 3pm. Well the tech never showed up nor did he or anyone from the company call to let me know and I spent my entire Saturday waiting for them. The tech finally showed up and exchanged my battery. I thought finally, but the night hasn’t ended. Two days later the second battery went bad. And again I made another appt and again no show no call. I WOULD NOT AND I REPEAT WOULD NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY “Battery4Prius”. Their word/contract is TERRIBLE. They just want your money

In short: this business has installed THREE 3 faulty batteries in my 2004 Prius, with each battery taking longer than the last to replace. The third battery only lasted FOUR 4 DAYS. Unresponsive crew, no upper management/owners who will interact with you, LOTS OF RED FLAGS. Save yourself a court date! I found this “business” in about April of 2018 offering an astounding deal on a replacement battery. The battery was refurbished, but easily half the cost of a new battery from the dealership. The battery came with a two 2 year, 40,000 mile warranty. They offered to come out and replace my original battery at no extra cost, and arrived within three 3 days. The first battery lasted me from then until January of 2019. The battery lasted less than half of the time of the warranty and about 2/3rds of the distance. Their technicians, who were very prompt at first, took nearly two 2 weeks to come out and repair my broken battery by swapping out a faulty cell for a new one. This repair lasted until the beginning of April of 2019, when the battery died again. From here, the person answering the phones delayed me for THREE 3 WEEKS. Constantly promising the technicians would be there in a few days, only for them not to arrive with no excuse. They even sent a technician six hours in the opposite direction to an old address, even though they had been at my new location and had my new address. That technician then sold my battery to another customer in that area and left me waiting for them to “get more product”. When a technician finally came out, they put an entirely new unit in my car last Thursday 4/18. That battery lasted until Monday 4/22. I will post this review in as many places as possible. STAY AWAY from this company. They DO NOT keep their promises, WILL NOT reason with you, WILL NOT let you speak to any managers or bosses or higher employees, WILL NOT respond promptly, and WILL give you BAD PRODUCT.

Beware, this company is a scam. They continuously put faulty batteries in my Prius. They had replaced it over 4 times and it took them weeks to come back. I finally made a decision to stop calling them because they stopped picking up. The Results: Lost a large amount of money, Battery still faulty. Please don't give them business you'll regret it.

I bought a new battery from them and it's already losing power but not enough to throw a code. And i was told if it's not throwing a code they will not warranty it. So I'm paying more at the pump cause my engine is always running.

I have contacted the office of Attorney General for Commerce and Consumer Complaints for the State of California. Hi I’d like to report fraud, my Toyota title has yet to be returned to me after completely paying my balance and multiple requests to Jacqueline. Your office manager Jacqueline has collected the balance for work completed but has not returned my car title or provided any confirmation it had been sent, I am filing for fraud/theft. Jacqueline is refusing to pick up the company phone and call customers back, or will go entire days without answering the phone including yesterday 6/18/2019 or will screen calls and choose when to answer this is neglect and and will be included. Jacqueline is an awful manager and irresponsible. My Contact information has been sent to your office Thank you

FRAUDULENT/IDENTITY THEFT To: Battery4Prius 1870 W 9th St, Upland California 91786 USA THREE 3 faulty batteries in my 2007 Prius, with each battery taking longer in period 11 months now my car is broke down and pay por warranty for 2 years they don't answer phones mail nothing .Unresponsive I pay for battery use 11 months $1270 I did my claim at Florida agriculture nothing now I'm going to courthouse. If somebody is en the same o process let me know I’m from South Florida and they said no more service around here .
