My son's first trip here and now he watches for the place when we head down Perkins. Service was excellent by being knowledgeable and attentive without the possibility of being pushy. Product has always been top-notch.

I ordered a cake for my sons birthday and was extremely disappointed. The cake was extremely sloppy and didn't look anything like the photo I showed. What was more disappointing than that was the response from management. Since my husband signed originally they refused to do anything about it. Eventually she offered that they could try to fix it if I could get all the way across town by the time they closed which she told me this at 5 when I'm a half an hour away. The icing was cracked, the writing had gaps in it, the clouds looked like mini marshmallows shoved together and overall looked like a Pinterest fail not a 40 Dollar cake.

Former employee at the Florida location, also applies for Perkins. If you want month old frozen cakes, this is the place to go. Overpriced and exposed to either mold, rats, or roaches before its journey into your mouth. They use old cardboard boxes that house baby roaches and ants to store cakes and other delectable goodies in the freezers for up to 6 months. No rotation goes on in the back. The freezers never get cleaned so there's mold on the door handles. The sinks are also riddled with mold. The janitors are never properly trained. The mop water is always a murky gray color and it smells like sewer water. Thank god they only mop once a month. The management does not care about their employees. They hold tips from hardworking individuals, there are no employee discounts, and they fire people for "being weird." They're immature and gossip all day, about customers and fellow employees alike. No wonder the turnover rate is through the roof. In my 5 months of working there, at least 15 people got fired or quit. I wouldn't feed this food to my worst enemy, nor would I recommend anybody apply here. If they dislike your personality you'll probably be fired within the first month of employment.
