I would not recommend this place to anyone. Purchased my car here years ago. At the time Emil helped me with my purchase and while Emil was helpful his supervisor is terrible. Manny helped “resolve” the issue. After years I have found that I have been sold an incomplete car. To begin there was an issue with the breaks. Now I am finding out that I am missing speakers in the car on the rear passenger side of the car back. Be very careful when purchasing a car here. I made the mistake of speaking to others after the purchase who have also had terrible experiences. In bay ridge Nissan making money is more important than customer satisfaction. Again, think carefully before purchasing a car here. In the photo the space that has a foam circle is the intended place for a speaker. A speaker that should be in there but is not. I went elsewhere to purchase my second car. TO OWNER: Vincent, Thank you for replying to my review, I have yet to hear from you or any of your staff. I don’t anticipate that I will considering the customer experience I was given. While the issue above does highlight the “frustration” with the lack of speaker, it is not my only “frustration”. I will not be waiting on your call because I know, from experience, that customer service is not you or your staffs strong suit.
The general manager Joe Randazzo and the sales assistant David Rivera are superb. I felt so comfortable and choosing my new 2023 Nissan Pathfinder. They were both so attentive and so welcoming, and they carefully helped me to choose the right truck for me. They listened to all my questions and answered them thoroughly. They are very professional and courteous and I would highly recommend anytime!
Bay Ridge Nissan became Empire Nissan but some of the staff remained the same which was a relief because I have come to this location to get my service done for many years. I went in for an oil change today. As part of the service, they also performed a 27-point check and recommended cleaning my fuel injection as well as the A/C evaporator. This obviously added to receiving a higher bill than I had anticipated but better safe than sorry especially with the coming winter. I was a little unhappy that initially, I could not use the rewards points that I had built up over the years but after speaking with the service advisor and service manager, as a courtesy, they took off the "usual" max rewards of $25 on my bill. Although it's not much, I do appreciate the gesture as most places wouldn't even care. The staff has always been friendly and customer-oriented. Customer service is a two way street so as long as they're treated with respect for the work they do, they will certainly work with you to accommodate your needs. Thank you Ali and Carmine! You guys are great and true professionals.
My close friends highly recommended to come and see Mr. Sasha at this dealership because they were very pleased with the sales rep and the overall processes. I came in a few days ago to lease a new car and Mr. Sasha helped me out tremendously. He was very knowledgeably took time to explain different options and was there every step of the way. Thank you Mr. Gary for all your help, I have been doing my research on the Rogue but wasn’t sure if it was the right vehicle for me and Mr. Gary helped me see that it is. I ended up purchasing the vehicle and when I came in it was closing hours and Mr. Gary went above and beyond and was helping me close the deal on my vehicle. He is a very hard worker and very friendly, and I was having a bad day and he made me feel better. I am happy I purchased my vehicle from him. He went above and beyond to help me. A terrible experience due to unfair and unethical practices of one salesperson. It was time to return my lease and due to the market conditions my car was worth about 4k more than the buy out price. I came in with a male friend to discuss my options and dealt with a salesman named Sasha. Sasha briefly explained the options and transferred us to a guy named Roman, in the accounting department. Roman spent the time necessary, explained all the options in detail and offered to take the car and cut me a check for 2k everyone's got to make money, I'm ok with that. He said that the price is good for a few days since I needed to remove some personal items and wasn't ready to hand over the keys that very afternoon. When I came back by myself two days later to turn in the vehicle, Sasha - the sales guy, told me the most he could offer me was 500$. He mentioned a disposition fee which you don’t pay if you sell your car to the dealer and costs for some parts replacement and all kinds of work that needed to be done. I may not know from the top of my head the price of new rotors, or the fact that they don’t need to be replaced on a car with 18K miles on it, but, unfortunately for Sasha, search engines do not discriminate. I took my car to another Nissan dealership where I was given over 2K after the guys looked over the car and were very impressed with its condition. The bottom line is, if you want to be treated fairly and with respect regardless of your sex and/or car know-how, go some place else. Guys at Kings Nissan are great!
Arrived for a service appointment was greeted with a smile and quick attention from Cynthia. Off to Victor I went we talked he listened to my concens and was very approachable and courteous. Then came the call where I was hearing all my needs were met and shortly after that I was ready to pick up my car. Exceptional service was executed from arrival to departure. Thanks to you!!!
