More than just a music school, Bay Ridge School of Music is a community of young musicians in the Fort Hamilton section of Brooklyn. Through music, young people have an opportunity to escape from the craziness of growing up in the city.
It's been almost 5 years since we first started our small studio on 72nd street, and it has been the most amazing journey. We watch as our students grow as musicians and more importantly grow as young adults during our Friday Night Music Fellowship for teens. Our small space is making an impact on the lives of young people in such a big way and we believe that God has so much in store for this place. Our strength is in our students, our staff and the parents and for all those who believe in what we are doing here through music in Brooklyn.
