He is a good doctor no doubt but when you call him for emergency no one get in touch . My son is been extremely sick for 3 dayes call the doctor they straight told me you can't see him. I understand that part but when you can't squeeze one patient that's bad when you tell them it's kinda emergency to see him.its make me upset sometimes when people do that.
Dr. Akinsola was prompt thorough and great with my kids. They asked to come Back next year which is first because they are scared of doctors. Will definitely be coming back
I love Dr. Akinsola - he’s kind, warm with the kids, and gives practical and straightforward medical advice. If this review were based solely on him, it’s a five-star review plus some stars. He’s fantastic. My main issues with this practice are: 1. The parking lot is tiny, difficult to park in and tight spaces make it really challenging to get an infant seat out of the car without dinging the car next to you. Hence, I’ve got 4 new scratches/dings on my car from visiting this parking lot. This isn’t Baybol’s fault, but something to consider when choosing a practice. 2. When we first starting visiting the practice, they were great about honoring our appointment time and we never waited more than 10 min past it to see the doctor. I suspect they’ve taken on too many new patients or have changed their scheduling plan, but now we routinely wait 45 min-1 hour past our appointment time to see the doctor. As a working mom who has to take time off work for these well-visit appointments, it’s super frustrating that they’re not honoring the appointment time and I’m having to use additional sick leave just to wait around. I value a medical practice that values my time. 3. The medical facility itself is dated. Baybol has done what they can to make it look nicer, but the facility/location isn’t great and some of the exam rooms could use renovations. Overall, we love Dr. Akinsola’s medical expertise and demeanor and care for the children. I wish his location and office scheduling reflected the same top-quality level of care to make it a true 5-star practice.
Need to educate front desk staff lot more manors n how to talk front staff always ready to bite you if you are gentle with them doesn’t matter to them Just wanted to give hands up people my baby had high fever I called n asked receptionist for appointment she directly told me we do not have any availability till December I requested her for adjuste something my baby have high fever if appointment not possible can I talk with doctor she put me on hold for about 20 minutes I called again she didn’t hear anything just told me to wait ridiculous no manors at all all the time sawing attitude so bad was tolerated because of my baby no more please please please if you guys want good doctor do google n go somewhere else I would never recommend this place any more
Great doctor!! Dr.Akinsola and his staff are always happy and humble. They treat everyone with respect. My daughter she is 3 years old and loves coming here since she was a newborn. Dr.Akinsola is always there when I have a question or my baby is sick. He gives good advices and explains every doubt I have.
I will choose Baybol over and over again. Very welcoming atmosphere. The staffs are all friendly and very interactive. Dr Akinsola is well interactive, Calm and patient and always ready to answer any of your questions. Keep being amazing Dr Akinsola
Dr. Akinsola is an amazing doctor. I have been bringing my 3 children to him for the past 2 years. He is very informative ,always answers any questions I have regarding their health and he is great with the kids. Everyone at the office is very nice and helpful starting from the receptionist to the nurses.
Today was our first time visiting, my daughter is 8 months old. We stopped vaccinating my daughter at 4 months old because she had horrible reactions to them all. We finally found this place who would accept her. The doctor was nice but pushy on the vaccines and acted like he didn’t care about her prior experience. Like he knew what was best for her. The nurses were nice and helpful.
I took my daughter here today for her 6 year old wellness visit for the first time here at Dr. Akinsola's practice. Dr. Akinsola is truly a wonderful doctor. He is thorough and extremely good with children. He took the time to sit and talk with me about any concerns I had. I found it so nice that he trains nurses from the University and brings them in if you're comfortable so they can learn. Excellent doctor and teacher. I wish I could give 10 stars. He made my daughter's visit so pleasant as she had to have blood taken, she didn't even cry and my daughter is terrified of needles. I also wish I'd done a little more research when I first moved to GA I would've taken my daughter here 3 years ago!! We will definitely return if we stay in GA. Awesome job Dr. Akinsola. Truly a wonderful and knowledgeable doctor with a great staff.
I recently took my newborn here and it was great. I went in and the first thing I noticed was how cute the office was decorated. There's books, toys and a tv in the waiting area. The receptionist was nice and greeted me. She then asked a few questions and had me fill out some info. In less then 15 minutes I was called in to see the nurse. The nurse was super nice and my baby was laughing with her the whole time. Then Dr. Akinsola came in and examined my baby. He's awesome! You can tell he loves what he does. As a new mom I was nervous but Dr.Akinsola and his staff made me feel comfortable!
