Room was clean and that’s the only good thing I can say about room. Worn carpet, front door latch not secure and easily could be broken off, bathroom ceiling tiles stained and not in place, no Kleenexes in box, no cups provided, no soap provided, small bathroom, caulk around shower/tub was very amateurish and discolored, no coffee maker, lots of road noise from I-40, parking lot litter filled with trash and liquor bottles. Breakfast was very low quality and limited. Won’t be back and very disappointed in this Wyndham Baymont hotel. Very run down and in need of updating.
The hotel is nothing special. The room had a new couch, tub, and flooring, but the room was dirty. The floor was sticky, there was dust all over the bed headboard, and there are stains on the walls. Staff was friendly, but some sketchy clientele who sit out in their cars constantly. Lobby smelled like marijuana late one night - with only staff present. Very offputting.
Staff including afternoon receptionist, AM receptionist manager? and cleaning staff were so helpful and friendly. The young man in the afternoon helped me figure out the TV remote and the AM folks dismantled the bed to locate my cat. The place was clean and quietRooms: 5/5
Rooms were clean and spacious, and a great value! Staff were amazing! We will stay there again if in the city. We were there for some bad circumstances, but the staff was very uplifting and caring. Very accommodating. Rooms: Our room was very spacious and clean. Couldn't believe we had a king suite for under $60! Comfy bed and pillows. AC worked great. Good water pressure in shower. Fridge kept our water really cold. No complaints
Francisco at the front desk in the late night was so polite and helpful. We originally were booked for an upstairs room no elevator but were so tired we were willing to pay extra for a downstairs room. He moved us to downstairs double king for no extra cost! Room was clean and cool. Missing a few disposable cups and coffee supplies but we were looking for a comfy clean bed to sleep in and not much more. Easy location to get to right off I-40.
We had a great time during our stay but would only recommend a few updates that the room direly needs. The manager and the rest of the staff were very nice and friendly to us. It is a very convenient location. In conclusion, it is a nice family hotel close to the airport.Rooms: 3/5
This is the worst place we have ever stayed . The carpet does not get cleaned very well ,it is tacky. The bed that they said was replaced a year ago is very hard and feels like laying on springs . I lifted the blanket up after we left because I played our own blankets on top the sheets had a yellow tint and they look like the sheets should have been replaced years ago. our whole trip I just didn't feel right like something wasn't right and I didn't feel like my kids were safe here . The first red flag was that you can't just walk into the front desk you have to be let in . This morning we got up and there were 7 vehicles that were broken in to and glass everywhere. Needless to say we canceled our second night and left . I feel safer in Shreveport!!!
So, we stayed at this hotel for the first time last night. When we got to our room, we noticed that it was super outdated and in need of some serious remodeling. To make matters worse, our truck, along with 13 other cars, got broken into. They smashed our driver's side window and the back driver's side window. And guess what? The security didn't see a thing! What a joke! Needless to say, we won't be staying there ever again.
WARNING. So we stayed here last night. And 14 cars had their windows busted out. Park as close to office as possible Not much of a breakfast no milk no cereal. Only biscuit and gravy waffles a couple yougart and watered down orange juice other than that good water pressure for shower and comfort clean room and hotel staff very nice. Next to Cracker Barrel Wyndham you need to step it up.
This hotel is reported to fraud investigation from Bank of America Corporate, Oklahoma City Police detectives fraud investigation and the Corporate Baymont by Windham offices. The management is making employees scan payments upon check in twice upon check in and claims the computer system requires 2 swipes. The hotel refuses to provide any check out email receipt or paper receipt upon checkout. Our Corporate account Bank of America detected a fraud double charge with 2 separate withdrawals for the exact same amount with 2 different transactions. The hotel manager will not return any calls but instead leaves notes for the staff in the reservation records. The manger denied any double payment occurred having a Bank of America business manager listening on speaker phone to the desk clerk reading aloud the managers response to our double payment inquiry. The Bank manager said this is a clear case of fraud. Our Corporate offices decided to go a step further and reported to the Local police and the Corporate Baymont by Wyndham for follow up investigation. Our employees and our Corporation will not tolerate any form of fraud as we take fraud seriously.
