This place has been a great experience for me. The staff are friendly, easy to get appointments and they call you right back when anything arrives for fitting etc and the doctors are very caring and gentle which is very important for me since I have dental anxiety.

under new management again and the so called new manager is very snippy and rudeee she does not no how to talk to her clientsas. horrible serviceess

I had my 1st appointment yesterday. The staff and Dentists were very nice. Dr Fox took care of me and she is wonderful. Everyone was nice and patient. Thank you everyone at Bayonne Family Dental Jean

Tried to get an appointment for weeks , finally got Valeria on the phone she would not make me an appointment. She would not transfer me to the actual office. She would not transfer me to a supervisor or any other person. Refused to make me an appointment although my insurance physically put myself and my staff at this office. Would not recommend. Very rude, very nasty, asked for a number to complain she would not provide it to me.

I will say, that the negative comments had me concerned. My mother started using this office last year. 2 weeks ago, we came in for her annual cleaning with Dr. Lin. The 2 young ladies at the window were very warm, inviting and professional. The office staff and their interactions amongst each other was friendly and collegeal. Looks like they all enjoy working with one another. As a Nurse leader, I look at staff interactions because patients can pick up on little things like that. Dr. Lin and her assistant Reyna treated my mother tenderly and gently, which made me feel very good and comfortable leaving her in their care. We came back today for a filling. Dr. Lin attentively listened as I discussed my mothers past medical history. After the procedure both Dr. Lin and Reyna were awesome with her aftercare and followup. I am sorry for those that had negative feedback however this tough New Yorker did not have any complaints or issues. Oh wait, yes parking, lol. That is my only issue because of my mom being elderly, I just wished there was closer parking for her. Thank you Bayonne Family Dental for taking care of my Mum!!

Horrible place. Google reviews are 200% correct. Worst front desk. They don't even have a minute to listen to you. Terrible place, I will never ever again go to this place. Is worse for the kids, they don't care about the patient whatsoever. The office is grossly mismanaged and has no regard for patients’ time. My toddler had an appointment today 11/15/22 at 10:30 AM since I received a call yesterday to change it from 11 AM to 10:30 AM and I agreed. I was in the waiting area for about 1hr and 45min. I went to the front desk and asked her how much longer she gave me attitude and spoke down at me saying I can't hear you speak up. Once I altered my voice she said her appointment is for 11 am and we are running behind. She had a nasty stinky attitude for no apparent reason. other patients on the floor were also complaining about the exaggerated wait time and the staff's attitude. Again, they are just after your money! The front desk staff are super unprofessional, rude and arrogant. Worst service ever ! I would not recommend this dentistry.I would give a 0 but that’s unfortunately not possible.

Horrible horrible horrible. I would not recommend anyone to do here especially if you have a kid . The sign says family dental but they do not have a pediatric dentist.they allowed me to make an appointment for my 1 year old son with no pediatric dentist when I arrived . They literally look at my sons mouth and told me what I already knew and didn’t do anything . No cleaning nothing ! They just gave me a tooth brush and a piece of paper and said bring this to his new dentist. I would never go here ever again. Even if this was the only dentist on earth not even for myself. The only people that were nice was the receptionist.they seriously need to close ASAP !

horrible, customer service. Don't waste your time and go there. I walked in and made an appointment as a new patient. i open Google to check the reviews. it was 100% true . I called to cancel my appointment I literally stay on the phone for an hour and no one picked up the phone, I I drove back while I'm still on hold and the two reception girls just sitting there chatting with each other, I told her I'm still on the phone and no one is picking up the phone she give me a attitude she's like this customer service, then I was like I want to cancel my appointment. she was like ok it's cancelled without even a checked who I am. Really bad customer service for a new customer

There is always a long wait. There are not enough chairs for people to wait. You need a mask or you will be sent home to get one. They charge 3% extra on the use of credit cards. Hard to get anyone on the phone at times. The dental assistants are pleasant. They do most of the work while back there with x-rays and cleaning. My cleaning the first time I was here was excellent and thorough male the second time it took 2minutes female. I even asked why was the cleaning so fast? She said that’s how it always is and that it took longer than 5minutes it did not, it took more time trying to get an accurate reading for my BP, which I have never had taken before a cleaning in my life and it kept reading error. Not impressed and very upset after waiting 2hours. I could not even speak with the doctor as they said they were busy and could make another appointment if I wanted. After waiting 2hours. I had concerns regarding my teeth no one addressed. I waited 2hours for my appointment and was literally under care for a grand total Of 10minutes with x rays. Insulting. Avoid this place at all costs. No tooth brushes or tooth paste given at the end. My appointment was at 10:10 and I left the office at 12pm. My employer automatically put me with this office but come open enrollment I will be changing offices.

I was assisted by Natan the Hygienist. From 1to 10 his job I will give 100! First class hygienist, perfection, extremely professional. Thank you!
