Bayshore Property Management

Exceptionally the worst. If you think a 2 hour window from 1 and 3 pm on a Wednesday afternoon when everyone is at work is good service, you will be the minority. Never buy properties managed by this company. They do not return calls or emails no matter how urgent the situation. Its sad how little they respect landlords or tenants.

I am not sure why all of the negative reviews. Our property is maintained and our manager is knowledgeable and friendly! It seems many people buy condos without knowing 'what' they are buying. Unfortunately, our PM faces complaints from owners and tenants about items that are their own responsibility or about rules they have broken because they didn't know they existed! Bayshore and the staff we've had the pleasure of dealing with have been responsive to our needs. Keep up the good work!

I would recommend never owning a property managed by Bayshore Property Management. They do not deal with issues properly, blatantly ignore and never return emails regarding genuine issues and only want to turn any issues around and blame you. My maintenance fees have increased by 25% in 3 years despite the lack of service from Bayshore. Would rate 0 stars if possible. Absolutely useless!

Like everyone says extremely unprofessional and uncooperative. Trying to sell my condo and they broke my realtors lockbox off my railing, damaging his property and stealing my spare key. On top of that no one could get in to show the place. Thanks Bayshore can’t wait to move.

Very poor property management company. I'm an owner of my condo and any attempt to have a situation remedied within our unit has been met with poor service, to the point where some issues are still unresolved months later.
