This bank gave me counterfeit money and said it was my fault for not checking every bill with a pen before I exit the bank. They do not confirm authenticity their money here. Beware if you are withdrawing cash.

I bank with BB&T at this branch and I've been quite pleased with the service. I have 3 accounts with them and so far I'm always treated well and haven't had any issues.

I have been a customer at this branch for ~2 years and I have been very pleased with the services I've received. There's usually little to no wait and the tellers have been always professional.

I don't typically do business at this branch, but Went in to exchange 20s for a couple of 100s to give as Christmas gifts that day. The gentleman a young Mr. Potter? was rude and then refused to do this favor. Not much Christmas spirit here.

Long time customer of BB&T and really like them being close enough that I can easily walk to branch. The branch team is polite, professional and courteous.

Only chose 1 star because 0 stars is not an option. Extremely rude manager and staff, don’t trust their hours online as they often lock the doors and close early

Since when "notirizing" a document for a non client its a Major liability? This place has Zero customer service....
