I live in Georgia and got a letter from BBVA Bank in Birmingham AL. And I don't ever got outside my own town unless Dr office in ga. But it seems someone opened a account there in BBVA with my name and no help with a BBVA bank manager cause I refused to give a stranger my social security number.  So how do I find out what is going on with my name ? The letter was sent to my home address in bowman , ga. They have to have some help with their own bank it seems to me.

The worst credit card company in America. I’ve never used their banking but based on my experience with the BBVA and now pnc credit card I never will. Absolutely abysmal customer service. Don’t believe me? Go ahead see for yourself 

A family member banked here on a loan, They passed away. I can't get them on the phone to close the accountall bills after deceased do not fall on the living, only the death bills. They won't allow me the time to get the details needed to properly close this. Very unprofessional hanging up on me at every call.
