Good experience The staff very friendly and helpful I love they're clothes very stylish.

Multi-level store believe this is their flagship with extensive selection. The manager was super helpful, as my wife was looking for several pieces and she came away happy. Seems they have frequent sales for significant discounts.

Quite an ok place but not a perfect customer experience. Nice selection of high quality things and I do love BCBG but found the staff to be a bit indifferent as for the the flagship store. However dresses are beautiful

They sold me this dress without any label and rejected return even change! They insist it was me who dragged the label off. If I want this dress, why would I ruin it?! Think about it! It’s ridiculous. They acted rude and incapable. Buy this brand one line or go to Bloomingdales, this store is a nightmare.

Womens and girls upscale clothes

No one offered to help me, already a bad start from this store, who do these workers think they are, do they expect me to get something if they will not greet me or offer to help me? overall the clothes tried to be cute but failed. Won't come again and I'll pass the word on. And also some of the ladies need to get fired.
