a bad experience when buying in that place they sell damaged items I bought a bathroom organizer when I took it out of the box it was damaged I went to the place and showed them the item in the packaging as it came and the arrogant staff as well as the owner say no they can change it because I didn't go within the first 7 days buying in that place is like throwing your money away

I always have issues with this place when it comes to mattresses. I bought a mattress 7 days ago and its making me sick. It has a toxic smell and it says they don't return mattresses. So now I'm stuck with a mattress I can't use. Last Mattress they sent was the wrong size and they wanted me to pay to return it for the right size

As the winter hits during the pandemic, I don’t suggest shopping here - immediately upon walking in, there were 6 women standing barely a foot from the front door excitedly talking without masks - absolutely no social distancing and they didn’t even attempt to put their masks on when we walked in or out. Meanwhile they have signs throughout the store saying to wear masks inside. I found that very disrespectful and inconsiderate to public safety. We might’ve considered buying something, but were immediately uncomfortable in the store and refused to approach the cashier and store workers without their masks on. There were two nice men cleaning downstairs who DID have their masks on and greeted us nicely, which was highly appreciated.

I ordered a couch they called me early to deliver my couch and I wasn’t ready the next day they called me there was ready and I was still wasn’t ready and my couch is supposed to be delivered on Monday and the manager or the boss he has a nasty attitude ever I like the furniture but not the owner

Absolute horrible service. I purchased a box spring,mattress and frame for 651.56 on 3/30/18 I was told the mattress was a special order and they would call me when it came in. Well I still hadn't received a call by 4/17/18 so I called them ,and asked if it came in ,and why was I never called. All thry sid 2as they had my order and asked if I wanted it delivered that day. So I said yes. Around 4pm they delivered it and about 20min latter I started setting it up. At that time I noticed that the box spring was snapped,was delivered broken. I called them right back. They told me they would have to check to see if the had any and if not had to order it again. I was told I would get a call to let me know. Well another 2 weeks went by and nothing. So I called them back today 4/30/18 and asked why was I never called and what was going on he never answered to why I was not called. His response was ok I can have it there for you after 4pm. The delivery came after 5pm and I noticed the as they brought the box spring in that it was not the same one I purchased. So I said to the delivery man this isn't the one I purchased. It's the wrong one . The one I had purchased was a matching set and they seen that the one they took out was different than the one they brought in They told me to call the store. I called right away and explained to the guy that this is the wrong one and he gave me an attitude and said what do.you mean it's the wrong one?. I told him it is totally different than the one they just took out. I purchased a matching set it you sent the wrong one. He told me that tomorrow I would get it exchanged. He totally tried to give me.a pos and thought I was not going to say something. Worst customer service ever from the Chelsea store. I'm so angry right now. 5/1/18 still have yet to receive my box spring it's now after 7pm and I'm sure they only deliver to a certain time..

Horrible. I bought a cart. And it broke in one day. They accused me of dragging it and breaking it.said i put heavy stuff in it. And i didn't. Sign clearly states returns within. 7 days store credit. Refused to even give me store credit. Or another cart. Was rude and disrespectful to me. Would never go there again. Horrible.

this place make me feel uncountable Employes that work there they are not friendly at all you say hello they not even smile even that when you go there they are watching you always like you are going to steal something feel that bad energy.A guy is like spanish that always moving furniture and deliver them that have alot of tattoos he always looks that he wants to fight me unprofessional type of guy thats why I decided not to return make feel bad thats have to do with the owner that dont discipline them is bad business you will find out when you go there

Need decent amount of time to browse, store is HUGE and seems to have something in every dept!! Prices are great...employees friendly....

I have been going here for a long time. Love this store it had everything you need for home and more!

Easy face in Chelsea I got a couch and a love seat for $1,000 and it's a very comfortable extremely comfortable loveseat and couch
